"綠能產業已被臺灣政府納入六大新興策略產業之一。且在環保意識抬頭、環境永續議題上，述求節能省碳的綠能產業更成為投資顯學。LED照明產業為臺灣綠能產業政策的主軸之一，其近年來的快速發展，已造成日常生活中的龐大的應用需求，以及LED產業的高度競爭。
在LED照明產業已競爭至流血殺價之地步，資本額較少的企業更應脫離血腥競爭之紅海，積極尋找、創造一個無人競爭之市場，即藍海市場，以確保長期利益。因此，本研究論文採用個案研究法，分析某一LED照明公司(A公司)的經營策略；並以Porter的五力分析與SWOT分析其關鍵成功因素，而對臺灣LED照明產業的未來發展提出建議。
本研究結果，個案公司運用快速的服務與靈活的設計、提升整合能力、產品客製化，達到創新及差異化目標以創出一個LED藍海市場，而在財務及營運成長各方面展現創新效益。

"The government of Taiwan has listed the green energy industry as one of the six emerging strategic industries. As environmental awareness increases, the energy-conserving and carbon-reducing green energy industry has become a focal point in the area of investment into environmental sustainability. The Light Emitting Diode (LED) lighting industry is a key focus of green industrial policy in Taiwan. After rapid development in recent years, the LED lighting industry has created the numerous application requirements in daily life, and has been facing strong competition.
As the LED lighting industry has developed a bloody ""red ocean"" market for price-cutting competition, the enterprises that have less capital should create a competition-free market, that is, a Blue Ocean (BO) market rather than compete in a bloody ""red ocean"" of rivals' fighting over a shrinking profit pool to ensure long-term profit. Hence, this thesis used case study to discuss the operation strategies of an LED lighting manufacturer (Company A); using Porter’s Five Force Model and SWOT analyses, this thesis found the key success factors for the LED lighting manufacturer, and made the suggestion for future development of Taiwan LED lighting industry.
In conclusion, this study found that Company A achieves product innovation and differentiation with quick service, flexible design, improved integration ability, and product customization; as result, Company A creates a BO market to gain some benefits in operating and financing.
