Most of family business had a failure while they face the succession issues. Less than 22% of family business can pass the second generation. It happened because the failure of the first generation, therefore succession issues has very important role in family business. Through this research, Author want to know more about the correlation among the leadership style, succession issues, business performance and company culture. Author analyzes the issues in the Paolo ceramic industry in Indonesia which is experiencing the succession issues.
However, after all the analysis Author can conclude that all the three factors is related. The leadership style of the successee affects the success of the succession issues. While the succession is going the business performance and the culture company also changes, both sides, good things and bad things. Hence, the corporation between the successee and the successor also important in succession issues.
