  • 串聯電弧故障的起因可能為電線老舊、導線接點鬆脫等原因,於一般低壓線路發生串聯電弧故障時,電弧產生的高溫可能點燃附近易燃物,導致火災的發生。本論文針對不同特性的家電負載條件,進行低壓線路串聯電弧故障實驗,並分析線路電流波形後,由電流時域和頻域得到串聯電弧故障特性,作為電弧故障檢測方法的基礎。針對電弧故障檢測,本文先將量測得到的線路電流資料以WTST-NST(wavelet-base stationary-non-stationary filter)結合小波轉換和高頻能量累積法得到電流的特徵矩陣,然後使用倒傳遞類神經網路(Back Propagation Neural Network,BPNN)或LVQ-X(Learning Vector Quantization-X)兩種類神經網路判斷電弧故障是否發生。最後,以FPGA(Field programmable gate array)實現兩種類神經網路,證明本文所提出的電弧故障檢測方法於硬體實現的可行性。


    Series arc-faults are caused by many reasons such as broken wires and loose wire connections. When a series arc fault occurs in the general low-voltage system, high temperature by arcing might ignite nearby combustible material. In this study, it is to use variety of consumer electronics which different load characteristic to investigate series arc fault detection and collect line current data on low voltage power circuit. Then, is it to use the line current data to evaluate the time-frequency characteristics of series arc fault. The study applies wavelet-base stationary-non-stationary filter(WTST-NST) and high frequency energy accumulation methods for the signal processing of experimental data to build the characteristic vectors of current. These characteristic vectors are applied to two artificial neural network(ANN), LVQ-X and back propagation neural network(BPNN), for recognition of series arc fault. Finally, the ANN arc fault detection method is completed on Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA).
