在專案管理的議題中,專案經理的人格特質經常作為專案成功預測的因素,當專案經理感受到工作較多的回饋性時,並其人格特質為勤勉審慎性較高
,也就是說專案經理是努力追求實現目標的特質時,會對職業承諾感提升,不會輕易離開專案管理領域。

本研究旨在探討專案經理的人格特質在工作特性的影響之下,是否對留任意願、職業承諾和工作滿意產生調節效果。因此本研究採用便利抽樣,針對各種不同產業的專案經理進行問卷調查,回收之有效問卷共計 213 份。

經由信度分析、相關分析與階層迴歸分析後,得出研究結果:
(1) 回饋性對人格特質開放性、勤勉審慎性與職業承諾具有調節效果。
(2) 回饋性對人格特質勤勉審慎性與工作滿意具有調節效果。


Project manager’s personality traits are often used as a predictor of project success in the project management issue. When the project manager feels the feedback of the work, the personality traits of the project manager are highly diligent and prudent.In other words, when the project manager is striving to achieve the goal, he will have a higher sense of professional commitment and will not easily leave the project management field.

This study aims to figure out whether job characteristics are moderators for perceived project manager’s personality traits and retention intention, project manager’s personality traits and occupational commitment, project manager’s personality traits and job satisfaction. Therefore, the study conduct a survey and project managers in different industry are the main subject. There are 213 questionnaires returned effectively.
Through consistency analysis, relationship analysis and hierarchical regression analysis,the results indicated:
1. Openness and diligence are related to professional commitment when feedback as a moderator
2. Feedback can moderating the relationship between conscientiousness and job satisfaction
