由於行動裝置普及，大多數位軟體使用者會利用各種行動載具進行線上活 動，為了讓平台在行動裝置上具備友善介面，提高使用體驗，除了傳統網頁， 數種使用者介面設計模式相繼被提出，如響應式網頁設計(RWD)、自適應式 網頁設計(AWD)、獨立網址行動版網頁設計(M.dot)和行動應用軟體 (APP)，並廣泛應用於各大網頁平台中。此外我們還注意到目前線上平台會 採用多種設計模式組合進行開發，如社群網站龍頭 Facebook 是採用傳統網頁、 M.dot 行動版與 APP 設計模式組合進行開發。故本研究透過文獻探討彙整五種 使用者介面設計模式績效評估指標，提出三大績效構面時間、品質與成本之七 項評估指摽，並設計一套結合層級分析法之問卷設計方式與修正式德菲法的資 料搜集流程與工具，用專家訪談、問卷與專家會議方式取得 15 位專家的綜合評 估結果，據以達成以下目的:(1)探討五種使用者介面設計模式在時間、成本與 品質三大構面七項指標之表現成效與差異(2)探討不同設計模式組合於不同構面 指標之表現成效(3)探討常見網頁類型之設計模式組合選擇決策考量。
根據本研究結果分析，若有行動載具適應性需求，且在時間與成本構面上 較多限制，功能相對簡單，可選擇 RWD;功能複雜，網頁元素多，可選擇 AWD;已有傳統網頁為基底做適應性延伸開發，可選擇 M.dot;對品質要求 高，時間與成本較寬裕則可以採用 APP。而在設計模式組合決策方面若專案以 圖文內容呈現為主的新聞媒體網頁可優先考慮「RWD+APP」;以高互動性功 能為主的社群型網頁，可選擇「傳統網頁+AWD+APP」，未來可依需求延伸為 「RWD+AWD+APP」組合，提高品質表現;而若是功能複雜度較高的網頁如 電子商務網站，本研究則認為不適合採用有 RWD 之組合進行開發。

Due to the popularity of mobile devices, software users use various devices for online activities. In order to provide the platform with friendly interface and further to improve the user experience, several user interface design patterns have been proposed, such as responsive web design (RWD), adaptive web design (AWD), separate desktop and mobile URLs (M.dot) and mobile application (APP). In addition, we have also noticed that the current online platform is using different combination of design patterns. For example, Facebook uses a combination of traditional website, M.dot and APP to provide its services. This study proposed seven indicators from the three performance assessment facets of time, quality, and cost. And then we designed questionnaire and adopted analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and modified delphi method to derive the assessment result from 15 experts. This study expects to achieve the following objectives: (1) Explore the performance assessment of five user interface design patterns from three facets and seven indicators. (2) Discuss the performance assessment of different design pattern combinations from different facets and indicators (3) Discuss the decision-making for the selection of combinations of user interface design patterns in common website category.
According to the analysis results, RWD is suitable for the project which has requirement for adaptability of mobile devices, more restrictions of the time and cost, and the function is simple. If the functionality of the website is complex, AWD can be selected. If the traditional website is already existed, M.dot can be selected. If website has the high quality requirements, APP can be selected. In terms of design pattern combination decision-making, “RWD + APP” is suitable for the news media website that focuses on content browsing. “ traditional website+ AWD + APP ” is suitable for the community website with highly interactive function. It can be upgraded to “ RWD + AWD + APP ” to improve the quality performance if required. If the functionalities of the website are highly complex, such as e-commerce platform, the combination of design patterns with RWD is not suggested.
