隨著全球石化油源日益枯竭,地球溫室效應造成氣候暖化,各形各狀的天災接踵而來,已嚴重威脅人類的生存!
因此,節能減碳目前已成國際間矚目的重大議題。而全球數億部汽機車所排放的廢氣及CO2,無疑是造成地球氣候快速暖化的殺手之一。
根據可靠數據統計汽機車輛行駛每公里的能量消耗是電動車的3倍,CO2的排放量則為電動車的4倍,因此,全面推廣使用電動車將能顯著的達成節能減碳的效益。
礙於目前電池儲能技術尚待突破,純電動汽機車的續航力與價格受到極大的挑戰與限制。
所以,結合人力與電力並具備休閒、健身、助力與代步且行程無限制的電動自行車將會是人類騎乘電動交通工具的先驅。

Thus, energy saving and carbon reduction has become major issues of international attention, while hundreds of millions of cars and motorcycles emissions and CO2, is un-doubtedly one of the rapid warming of the Earth’s climate killer.
According to reliable statistics turbine vehicles per kilometer of energy consumption is three times the electric car CO2 emissions compared to 4 times the electric car, therefore, to promote the use of Electric Vehicles will be able to achieve carbon reduction significantly.
Because battery energy storage technology has yet to break through, the endurance and the price of pure electric cars and motorcycles seem to be a great challenge and limita-tions.
So the combination of human and electric power and Electric Bicycles will have the leisure, fitness, help with travel and travel unlimited human riding a pioneer in electric ve-hicles.
