隨著超商產業的快速成長,超商已成為國人生活中不可或缺的一部分。然而,在超商顧客旅程地圖中,從開始到結束又以門市人員與顧客的關係最為緊密。在嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎(COVID-19)的衝擊下,社會緊張氛圍導致超商門市人員面臨著不確定性和安全風險升高、屢傳超商暴力事件,凸顯了職業環境安全相關的教育訓練對於門市人員的人身安全至關重要。本研究旨在探討虛擬實境應用於超商門市人員職業安全教育訓練之效果,並著重觀察使用者的經驗對於訓練成效的影響,為此研究員設計了一套虛擬實境訓練模擬系統,並邀請具有不同經驗背景的受試者參與實驗。最終,以超商門市人員作為驗證對象,評估他們實際操作此虛擬實境職業安全教育訓練之教材所獲得的操作績效與滿意度。
此外,本研究結果發現:(1)暸解有經驗與無經驗兩者在操作任務上的行為差異、(2)透過皮爾遜積差相關係數得知操作績效與滿意度呈負相關。整體而言,有經驗的使用者在虛擬實境訓練中表現出更高的技能水平和反應速度,且能夠利用自己過去的經驗在虛擬環境中進行有效的互動、快速學習和應用職業安全知識。然而,對於無經驗組的使用者,虛擬實境訓練仍然能夠提供一個良好的學習平台,可以幫助他們逐步獲得必要的技能和知識。總結,本研究結果表示,虛擬實境應用於超商門市人員職業安全教育訓練具有潛力,無論使用者是否有經驗,虛擬實境教材都能夠提供門市人員一個有效且低風險的學習平台,以幫助他們獲得必要的職業安全知識和技能。未來的研究可以進一步深入探討虛擬實境訓練的最佳實踐方法,及如何更好地整合虛擬實境技術於職業安全教育訓練中,以提升訓練成效和知識留存率。


This study explores the effectiveness of using virtual reality (VR) in occupational safety and training programs for convenience store staff. A VR training simulation system was designed and participants with varying levels of experience were invited to take part in the experiment. The validation of the training was conducted through its application among convenience store staff in real-world settings. Moreover, experienced users exhibit higher skill levels and faster reactions in VR training programs, leveraging their experience of VR to effectively interact with the virtual environment. Results demonstrate that VR training programs significantly improves occupational safety training programs for convenience store staff.
The results of this study revealed the following findings: (1) Differences in task performance between experienced and inexperienced users were identified. (2) Pearson correlation coefficients indicated a negative correlation between performance and satisfaction. Overall, experienced users demonstrated higher skill levels, faster response times, and the ability to effectively interact, learn, and apply occupational safety knowledge in the virtual environment based on their past experiences. However, for the inexperienced group, VR training still provided a valuable learning platform to gradually acquire necessary skills and knowledge. In conclusion, the potential of using VR in occupational safety training programs for convenience store staff was confirmed. Whether users have prior experience or not, VR training can provide an effective and low-risk learning platform for store staff to acquire necessary occupational safety knowledge and skills. Future research can further explore the best practices of VR training and how to better integrate VR technology into occupational safety training programs to enhance training effectiveness and knowledge retention rates.
