  • 基於未來可能面臨電力不足,再生能源需求提升的狀況下,利用太陽能發電
    來降核減媒已成為新趨勢。雖然新創綠能公司因此有望成為國際的綠能品牌,透
    過提供高效能的產品和服務,並致力於培育綠能人才提升競爭力,開發更高效率
    之潔淨能源,並達成永續經營之目標。
    然而新創綠能公司的發展並非一蹴可幾,新創綠能公司因初期資源及人力有
    限,在管理方面亦可能會面臨許多困難。因此期望藉由本個案的探討,提供有新
    創想法者營運管理之概念,並了解營運初期可能碰到的問題和解決方案,進而發
    展出新創綠能營運之商業模式架構。
    本研究主要提供新創團隊公司,在面對不同的問題時,可以採取哪些可行解
    決方案,並客觀分析現有資源及競爭情形,修正決策並抉擇出合宜情境的商業模
    式,達到獲利極大化,同時能降低營運風險的經營上建議。進而帶動太陽能產業
    的蓬勃發展。


    Under the situation that we may face power shortage in the future, the demand of
    renewable energy is increasing and using solar power has become the main trend.
    Because of the promising future of alternative energy, there are more startups stepping
    into this field. In order to become international brands, these companies try providing
    high-performance products and cultivate talents to enhance their competitiveness.
    However, it is not easy for startups to extend business in green energy industry.
    Since these new companies have limited resource and manpower, they may encounter
    some difficulties in management. Therefore, this study provides not only some aspects
    about operation management, but also some problems may happen in the initial stage
    of developing a company.
    The discussion in this case study focuses mainly on the management issues
    related to startups in solar energy industry. With this study, mangers can understand
    how to objectively analyze competition situations and plan appropriate strategies.
    Besides, it also can help them select a suitable business model to maximize profits
    and reduce operational risks.
