  • 本研究主要是透過A公司的個案研究,來探討國內不銹鋼管通路商的創新經營模式與如何保持持續的競爭優勢。不銹鋼管由不銹鋼捲抽製而成,並且稀有金屬鎳佔304材質不銹鋼原物料成本一半以上,加上稀有金屬的價格受總體經濟、產業經濟,以及基金經理人在期貨市場的人為操控,使得價格波動更為頻繁。為降低營運風險,通路商必須兼營其它營業項目以保持公司穩定的營收及獲利。
    國內市場小,傳統不銹鋼產業在完全競爭市場下必須營收及市佔率在業界前幾名才有辦法獲利。隨著外部環境的變化,企業也必須調整自己的步法來創新求變。無論是在軟硬體設施、經營管理、組織變革能力、企業文化等方面,企業應想辦法造成一條鴻溝讓競爭者無法超越。本文採個案研究的方法,透過不銹鋼產業分析,瞭解目前產業環境與未來發展趨勢,並且利用資源基礎理論(RBV)、SWOT分析個案公司的經營模式及採行的競爭策略。經由本研究分析的結果得知,不銹鋼管通路商因應產業環境的變遷所應具備的資源基礎(Resources-based view)與經營管理能力為:(1)產品線完整性;(2)大型連鎖化的經營策略;(3)動態資源管理能力;(4)建立學習型組織;(5)穩健的財務結構;(6)建立管理資訊系統;(7)完善的組織變革能力;(8)決策與危機管理。可提供企業未來在制定經營策略與檢視其核心競爭力之參考。


    The Stusy is through “A Company” Case to explore the innovation in business models of domestic stainless steel pipe distributors and to understand how to maintain a long-term competition advantages. Stainless steel tube volume made of stainless steel, and nickel-precious metals accounted for 304 stainless steels more than half the cost of raw materials. The price of rare metals influenced by the overall economic situations and industrial economy, moreover the manipulation by fund manager in the futures market made price fluctuated more keenly. In order to reduce operational risk, distributors have to diverse to other related industries to maintain the stable revenue and profit.
    The domestic market is limited. Traditional stainless steel industries have to keep on staying in the top revenue and market share, so that they can earn the profit under perfect competition market. With the changes of external environment, companies must adjust their goal to innovation and improvement. Regardless of hardware and software facilities, business management, the capabilities of organizational change, corporation cultures, etc., enterprises should find out a ways to create the barriers to avoid the competitors going beyond.The current study is investigated by case study. Through the analysis of the stainless steel industries, we realize the current industry environment and future trends. In the meantime, we take advantage of theories of dynamic resource management, SWOT analysis of case company's operating results and competitive strategies to approach the current issues. From the results in this study, the resources-based views and management capacities that the companies should have to encounter the industrial changes of stainless steel pipe distributors: (1) The integration of the product line; (2) Large chain of the business strategies; (3)the capabilities of dynamic resource management; (4) the capabilities of establishment a learning organization; (5) a stable financial structure; (6) the capabilities of establishing a management information system; (7) Improving the abilities of organizational change (8) Decision-making and crisis management. All the things above can provide the reference of future business strategies to companies in the development of core competencies.
