  • 對再生能源循環經濟產業來說,一方面須符合嚴謹的法規,另一方面則必須達到環境生態平衡,意旨在環保意識抬頭的浪潮下,企業需順應時代變遷,發展高附加價值的創新營運模式,在追求企業永續成長的同時,一同邁向零廢棄物、全面經濟循環與實現生態文明之社會。
    本研究個案公司是以傳統的廢塑膠資源再生回收公司為基礎做迭代轉型與價值創新,並以環保再利用廠永續發展為概念,將廢塑膠類資源回收再生並創造再生粒料產品的運用價值做為價值創新。結合生活垃圾廢塑膠,事業廢棄塑膠等處理後的再生塑膠粒料,做為創新開發特定製程、技術而生產的再生塑膠倍力美板,並進一步開發高附加價值(如環保清水模板)的環保綠建材等應用。再則環保署極力推廣最新規範之廢棄物再生燃料(SRF)可將最末端無法再次利用的次料做最終端的利用,達到永續循環再利用的最高境界。並讓替代能源供應業者與環保業者「跨界創新」、「跨界合作」以異業結盟方式互補,不僅解決國內廢棄物處理問題,亦生產品質合格且價格便宜的再生水耕蔬菜種植盤、機能衣原材料、衛浴產品塑膠容器、環保清水模板綠建材、環保再生燃料等更貼近符合市場需求的應用,共創再生雙贏的局面。
    本研究欲探討個案在公司既有資源下,如何利用資源拼湊及價值創新,並以經濟共享商業模式營運策略來面對瞬息萬變的市場,同時解析個案公司如何面對現有寡占市場的特許經營現況該如何以價值技術創新突破瓶頸與競爭的重重危機及困難,並以如何透過迭代轉型主導理論去創造三贏價值,建構企業永續經營之社會影響力及續航力。


    The renewable energy circular economy industry, not only it must comply with strict regulations but achieve ecological balance. With the rise of environmental protection awareness, enterprises need to adapt to the changing times and develop innovative operating models with high benefits. While pursuing the sustainable growth of the enterprise, we are also moving towards a society of zero waste, a comprehensive economic cycle, and the realization of ecological civilization.
    The company in this case study is an environmental technology company that creates a one-stop process service. Environmental protection company A is under the listed group company regarded as a paradigm shift, combining waste plastic bottle bricks and plastic sheet (PET) processed recycled plastic. The pellets are made into functional clothing materials designated by major international sports manufacturers and the scraps after being screened by washing equipment. Being used as wasted renewable fuels (SRF) is according to the latest regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency using specific process technology, allowing alternative energy suppliers and environmental protection "cross-border innovation" and "cross-border cooperation" complement each other through cross-industry alliances are not only solve domestic waste disposal problems but also produce qualified and inexpensive raw materials for recycled functional clothing, plastic containers for sanitary products, environmentally friendly renewable fuels. Therefore, the market creates a sustainable win-win situation.
    This study intends to explore how a case can use resources to piece together and innovate value under the existing resources, and use an economic sharing business model operating strategy to face the ever-changing market. It also analyzes how the case company faces the current oligopolistic market franchise, how to use value technology innovation to break through bottlenecks and competition crises and difficulties, and how to use iterative transformation to create win-win value and build the social influence and endurance of sustainable business.
