  • 展逸國際作為一家領先的運動休閒產業企業,其發展歷程承載了創辦人張憲銘先生的創業家精神和對運動產業的熱愛。本文旨在深入探討展逸國際企業股份有限公司在其發展歷程中所經歷的各個階段,透過綜合分析企業的演進、策略轉變以及面臨的挑戰。
    首先,本文將展逸國際的創業家精神歸納為具有激情、積極性和領導力等特質。這些特質貫穿於整個發展過程,從企業創立初期的市場定位,一直到後來的多角化策略的實行,都能看到企業領導者對於市場變化的敏感性和積極應對的勇氣。
    其次,多角化策略在展逸國際的發展中扮演著關鍵角色。這一策略的選擇不僅使得企業能夠應對市場波動,更讓其在不同領域獲得競爭優勢。特別是在疫情期間,企業的多角化布局在危機中嶄露頭角,為企業帶來了新的增長點。
    進一步,危機管理成為企業在面對風險和挑戰時的指南。本文將具體分析展逸國際在COVID-19疫情爆發期間所做出的組織調整,包括部門整併和分為不同的專業化部門等,這一系列的舉措使得企業在不確定時刻更具靈活性。
    最後,雙元性創新理論將被運用於探討展逸國際在創新管理上的實踐。本文將聚焦於企業如何同時進行利用性創新和探索性創新,以應對動盪的市場環境。這不僅涉及到產品和服務的革新,還包括組織文化和流程的調整。
    本研究係採用哈佛個案方式撰寫,分為個案本文及個案討論,藉由個案公司為研究對象,解析運動休閒企業的演進過程,從中提煉出對於相關產業及企業的管理啟示。同時深入挖掘創業家精神、多角化策略、危機管理和雙元性創新的理論內涵,藉由運用這些理論框架,解析個案公司在不同時期所採取的經營策略、面對的挑戰以及企業所展現的適應能力,達到穩定擴大運動產業鏈及永續經營的平衡點。


    As a leading sports and leisure industry enterprise, FLIGHT International's development history carries the entrepreneurial spirit and love for the sports industry of its founder, Jimmy Chang. This article aims to deeply explore the various stages that FLIGHT International Enterprise Co., Ltd. has experienced in its development process, through a comprehensive analysis of the company's evolution, strategic changes, and challenges it faces.
    First, this article summarizes FLIGHT’s entrepreneurial spirit as having qualities such as passion, positivity and leadership. These characteristics run through the entire development process. From the market positioning in the early days of the company's establishment to the subsequent implementation of the diversification strategy, we can see the leader's sensitivity to market changes and the courage to actively respond.
    Secondly, diversification strategy plays a key role in the development of FLIGHT International. The choice of this strategy not only enables companies to cope with market fluctuations, but also allows them to gain competitive advantages in different fields. Especially during the epidemic, the diversified layout of enterprises came to the fore during the crisis, bringing new growth points to the enterprise.
    Furthermore, crisis management becomes a guide for enterprises when facing risks and challenges. This article will specifically analyze the organizational adjustments made by FLIGHT International during the COVID-19 outbreak, including department consolidation and division into different specialized departments. This series of measures makes the company more flexible in uncertain times.
    Finally, the ambidexterity innovation theory will be applied to explore FLIGHT International’s practice in innovation management. This article will focus on how companies can simultaneously carry out exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation to cope with turbulent market environments. This involves not only the innovation of products and services, but also the adjustment of organizational culture and processes.
    This research is written using the Harvard case method, which is divided into case articles and case discussions. Using the case company as the research object, it analyzes the evolution process of sports and leisure enterprises, and extracts management inspiration for related industries and enterprises. At the same time, we explore the theoretical connotations of entrepreneurship, diversification strategies, crisis management, and ambidextrous innovation, and use these theoretical frameworks to analyze the business strategies adopted by case companies in different periods, the challenges they face, and their adaptability to achieve stability. Expand the balance point of the sports industry chain and sustainable management.
