風險管理發展至今，國際上已存在著許多風險管理相關標準，其中以國際標準組織所公佈之ISO 31000標準最具影響力。此國際標準是以各國風險管理標準之共通要素而訂定，其可說是實施風險管理所需最低限度。
有鑑於此，本研究針對ISO 31000：2009「風險管理—原則與指導綱要」標準進行標準內容之初步探討與說明。藉此以瞭解風險管理發展至今的轉變，以及掌握當今國際上之風險管理趨勢。期望透過本研究可使任何人對風險管理有一初步地理解，且協助組織建構、實施適合其自身的風險管理，提升組織達成目標的可能性。

Risk management develops up to now, the worldwide there have been many risk management related standards. Among them, ISO 31000 that the most influential of International Organization for Standardization issued. This international standard with the common main factor of all countries risk management standard and establish. It can be said the lowest limit for the implementation of risk management.
Due to the reason mentioned above, the study direct at ISO 31000:2009“Risk management–Principles and guidelines”carry on the initial study of content and analysis detailed. Through the development of risk management to understand the changes and grasp the current trends in the international risk management. The study is expected to enable each person to a preliminary understanding of risk management and help organizations build, implement for its own risk management, enhance the possibility of organizations achieve their goals.
