隨著網際網路和行動裝置的發展，使用數位內容的行動用戶數量逐漸攀升，卻也增加數位內容在傳送過程遭受攻擊的風險。行動用戶可自行至網路下載各式各樣的有價數位內容如音樂、影片、遊戲等，下載後允許合法行動用戶使用數位內容，並擁有其數位內容的擁有權，且日後可繼續使用此數位內容，或將數位內容擁有權轉移給特定用戶使用。由於數位版權在傳輸過程中，可能遭受複製、播放、竄改等非法使用，以致於數位內容之安全性議題日益增多，故本研究針對如何達到數位內容擁有權之安全與有效的轉移機制做探討。
本研究提出的方法是使用單向雜湊函數、對稱式密碼系統與數位簽章設計數位內容擁有權轉移機制，且適用於行動裝置滿足低運算需求，並達到數位內容擁有權傳遞的完整性(Integrity)、機密性(Confidentiality)、雙向鑑別(Mutual Authentication)、不可否認性(Non-Repudiation)及確保轉移權利(Transfer of Rights)等安全需求

With the rapid development of Internet and mobile communication devices, the number of mobile users is growing gradually. However, the risk of transmitting digital contents has increased too. Mobile users can download various types of valuable digital contents on the Internet and possess the ownerships. Users can access the downloaded digital contents, such as music, movies and games. Therefore, the users can access the content until transfer the ownership to another particular user in the future. During the transmission of digital content, it is possible that the content could be illegally copied, broadcasted, or tampered. We designed a transferring mechanism to assist those users to transfer their ownership of digital contents via a safe and reliable process in mobile environments and ensure the ownership of digital contents. In order to achieve the safety-related requirements on transmitting ownership, such as Integrity, Confidentiality, Mutual Authentication, Non-Repudiation and Transfer of Rights, the method is based on One-Way Hash Function, Symmetric Cryptography System and Digital Signature.
