  • 本論文研究個案公司以SD-WAN新技術,以對瞬息萬變的網路市場及數據繁重且依賴雲端的數位世界提供高速度、靈活性、安全性和可靠性的網絡架構,實現「在有限頻寬下提供服務的最大化同時兼具網路安全性」的目的,進而滿足企業的通訊傳輸需求並簡化網路服務供應商在系統建置上的成本,並增加用戶在安全度上的信賴,為網路服務供應商提供一種商業模式。
    網路服務供應商可以利用此技術達到頻寬最高效率,並利用此技術提升管理效率,並確保安全性。而各國5G的陸續開通,高頻寬、低延遲和提供更多連結的特性預計帶動更多的科技應用以及差異化服務。IDC(國際數據資訊有限公司)預期5G發展的初期將會著重在消費性娛樂相關服務,如3D、AR、VR等沉浸式體驗,在進入SA獨立組網後將看到更符合5G特性的垂直產業應用出現。面對5G網路服務,網路服務供應商看到的不是僅有執照費及建置基地台成本費用,在收入面臨商業模式的挑戰,更是困難之處。
    企業公司可以利用此技術在網絡架構和不斷變化的威脅環境中,在不斷擴大的用戶、設備、位置和應用程式狀態下,增加新服務及優化性能,且持續提高安全機制,尤其在操作不當或任何錯誤配置都會造成網路異常或網絡受到威脅,為了應對這些挑戰,位於該企業公司中的網管人員必須找到新型態的網路架構,快速佈署、提高網路性能並兼顧安全性,最終提高企業營收及獲利。
    本論文研究分析的個案公司為網通設備公司,具有研發設計及台灣製造的優勢,並為台灣網路安全設備的領導公司,因此,本論文目的在於如何在快速又競爭的網路通訊設備市場,藉由網路新技術SD-WAN,透過分析訂定有效率的策略,尋找出下一個更有利基並且穩定的產品策略規劃,及成功因子,並在既有的網路安全領域中持續在市場扮演著領頭羊,並帶領著網路服務供應商找出新的營運模式,且其協同SD-WAN解決方案供應商提供服務,以滿足其所服務的企業客戶的需求,促使該企業客戶的業務不斷成長,創造該網路服務供應商、SD-WAN解決方案供應商以及其所服務的企業客戶間更緊密的連結,創造個案公司的新商業藍海。


    This thesis research case company uses SD-WAN new technology to provide high-speed, flexibility, security and reliability network architecture for the rapidly changing network market and digital data-heavy world to achieve "Under the limited bandwidth to provide maximum services and having the purpose of network security". To meet the communication transmission needs of enterprises, simplify the position of network service providers in the system, and increase users’ trust in security. The service provider provides a new business model.
    ISP(Internet service providers) can use this technology to achieve the highest bandwidth efficiency, improve management efficiency and ensure security. With the successive launch of 5G in various countries, the characteristics of high bandwidth, low latency, and more connections are expected to drive more technology applications and differentiated services. IDC (International Data Information Co., Ltd.) expects that the initial stage of 5G development will focus on consumer entertainment related services, such as 3D, AR, VR and other immersive experiences. After entering the SA independent networking, it will see verticals that are more in line with 5G characteristics. Industrial applications appear. In the face of 5G network services, network service providers see more than just license fees and the cost of building base stations. They face business model challenges in terms of revenue, which is even more difficult.
    Companies can use this technology to add new services, optimize performance, and continuously improve security mechanisms in the original network architecture and constantly changing threat environments. Under the ever-expanding state of users, devices, locations, and applications, and continue to improve security mechanisms, especially miscontrol will cause network abnormalities or threats to the network. In order to avoid these challenges, IT personnel must find the new network architecture, quickly deploy, improve network performance and take into account security, and finally Increase corporate revenue and profit.
    The case company studied and analyzed in this thesis is the professional network communication appliance design Company, which has advantages in R&D and Taiwanese manufacturing. It is the leading company in Taiwan’s network security equipment.
    Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is how to compete in the fast and competitive network market. With the new network technology SD-WAN, through effective strategy analysis. We can find more profitable and right product strategy plan and success factor, and continue to be in the market in the existing network security field Acting as a leader and leading the network service provider to find a new business model, and it cooperates with the SD-WAN solution provider to provide services to meet the needs of the enterprise customers it serves, and promote the business of the enterprise customers Continue to grow and create closer connections between the network service provider, SD-WAN solution provider and the enterprise customers it serves, creating a new blue ocean of business for the case company.
