個案公司為韌體產業的廠商,本研究為個案公司提出開機韌體產品三年研發策略,以應對市場的變化和競爭壓力。
本研究透過研調機構取得電腦市場次級資料,以此來類比開機韌體產品的市場趨勢。在整體電腦產業成長性不高的情況下,本研究透過市場趨勢分析找到雲端資料中心客戶對伺服器的需求是帶動公司長成的關鍵因素,但目前個案公司的產品無法完全滿足雲端資料客戶的需求,本文利用個案公司優劣勢分析、總體環境分析、商業模式畫布、競爭者分析地圖、五力分析、強弱危機分析和態勢分析矩陣、波士頓矩陣等方法來替個案公司提出勝出的策略,以幫助個案公司滿足所有雲端資料中心客戶並且在市占率和營收都能成長。最後再繪製成研發策略藍圖。


The case company is a manufacturer in the firmware industry. This study proposes a three-year R&D strategy for the case company's boot firmware product to cope with market changes and competitive pressures.
Through secondary data obtained from research institutions, this study analogizes the market trends of boot firmware products. In the overall low growth of the computer industry, this study identifies the key factor driving the company's growth as the demand for servers from cloud data center customers through market trend analysis. However, the case company's products currently cannot fully meet the needs of cloud data center customers.
This article uses methods such as a SWOT analysis, TOWS matrix, BCG matrix, analysis of the case company's strengths and weaknesses, PEST analysis of the macro-environment, business model canvas, competitor analysis map, and five forces analysis to propose winning strategies for the case company to help it meet the needs of all cloud data center customers and grow its market share and revenue. Finally, a research and development strategy blueprint, T-Plan, is created.
