本論文實現一15 W壓電功率放大器,主要由返馳式轉換器與功率運算放大器組成。返馳式轉換器輸出為一可變直流電壓,提供功率運算放大器作為電源,功率運算放大器輸出放大20倍且具有直流準位100 V之弦波訊號用以驅動壓電致動器。其中隨著輸入訊號大小而變動之功率運算放大器電源,可降低功率運算放大器不必要之損耗,因此能提升整體轉換效率。由實驗結果驗證了所提架構之可行性,且所實現之放大器具有良好的固定放大倍率、高迴旋率、高輸入阻抗、低輸出阻抗以及低輸出電壓漣波之特性。
This thesis implements a 15-W power amplifier for piezoelectric actuators it is mainly composed of a flyback converter and a power operational amplifier. The flyback converter offers a variable DC output voltage to the power operational amplifier, which outputs an amplified sinusoidal wave with a voltage gain of 20 V/V and a DC bias of 100 V to drive the piezoelectric actuator. The output voltage of the flyback converter which varies with the amplitude of the input signal can reduce the power losses, and the whole power conversion of the amplifier can thus be promoted. From the experimental results, the implemented prototype possesses some features, such as a fixed output-to-input voltage gain, a high slew rate, a high input impedance, a low output impedance, and low output voltage ripple.
