作為城市的重要基礎設施,機場是交通系統的重要組成部分。同時,飛機產生的噪音也是各國面臨的主要問題。機場通常位於鄰近城市的郊區,但不可避免地,人口在增加,住房需求將影響機場周圍地區的發展。各國在航空噪音方面的措施法規不盡相同。台北松山機場(TSA)在市區也面臨航空噪音問題。這項音景研究的目的是通過與法規和實際測量,個人感知和聲源分類法進行比較,來調查台北松山機場周圍的聲學事件。聲音景觀研究基於44個現場聲音事件的記錄,這些記錄來自台北松山機場西南側五個觀測點以及一天的四個時段,測量分為兩天,一個工作日和一個週末假日。另外,飛機和車輛噪音是該場所的主要聲源。測得的數據不符合台北市住宅區的噪音法令,卻符合為機場所制定的不甚嚴格的噪音法令。持續性地瞬間飛機聲音會降低室內環境中的語音清晰度。因此,應更新法律相關規定以建立完善的機制來防止或改善個人所經歷的航空噪音。


As a significant infrastructure for cities, the airport is an influential part of the comprehensive transportation system. At the same time, the noise generated by aircraft has also been a major problem faced by countries. The airport is usually located on the outskirts of the neighboring city, but inevitably, the population is increasing, and the demand for housing will cause the area around the airport to be developed. The measures and regulations related to aviation noise in various countries are not the same. Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA) is also facing aviation noise problems in the urban areas. The purpose of this soundscape study is to investigate the acoustic events around TSA through comparisons with regulations and actual measurement, perceptions of individuals and the taxonomy of sound sources. The soundscape study was based on 44 recordings of on-site acoustic events from four periods of five positions on the southwest side of TSA for a weekday and a weekend. Also, aircraft and vehicular noise are the dominated sound sources of the site. The measured data do not comply with the Taipei city noise ordinance for the residential zone, but the data comply with the less stringent TSA special noise ordinance. The constant, instantaneously aircraft sound degrades the speech community intelligibility in an indoor environment. Thus, laws and regulations should be updated to have a well-established mechanism to prevent or improve the aerospace noise experienced by individuals.
