有鑑於已有性能設計或綜合檢討之案件往往因室內裝修需求進行變更設計，然而大部分室內裝修從業人員進行室內裝修時，未能察覺涉及原案防火避難綜合檢討所應注意事項，導致原有防火避難評估前提條件與室內裝修後大不相同，此舉不但危害防火避難基準，更導致日後變更時防火避難重新評估的困難性。

本研究主要目的建立可供室裝業者設計規劃時參考變更項目容許範圍，以及解決室內裝修設計之居室面積小於200平方公尺必須經由簡易二層程式計算居室煙層下降時間問題。透過樓層建築單層單戶實際建案以裝修業界最常接觸住宅案及辦公室空間做為本研究範圍及案例驗證收集方向與驗證設計變更後避難研究。彙整現階段業界所使用檢核表或專業領域驗證相關表格，做為驗證表設計參考，再經案例驗證進行居室變更後驗證結果分析。由案例驗證後提出容易驗證失敗設計變更、改善方法、改善設計內容順序及簡易二層查表系統等，最後提出針對「室內裝修管理辦法」辦理室內裝修審查內容變更建議。

In view of the fact that the existing performance design or the comprehensive review cases are often changed due to the needs of interior decoration design, interior decoration staffs who are engaged in interior decoration, are not aware of the original case of fire evacuation comprehensive review should be noted. It led to the original fire safety assessment premise condition and interior decoration are very different. This measure will not only endanger the fire asylum benchmark, but also lead to the difficulty of re-assessment in the future changes of fire evacuation.

The main purpose of this study is to establish the allowable range of the reference change project for the design and planning of the room operator, and to solve the problem of the floor area of the interior decoration design which is less than 200 square meters to calculate the space smoke layer descending time in the living room through the tow-layer zone model. Through the super high building single-store single-family reality case, using the interior design industry's most frequently contact residential and office space as the scope of this study and case verification to collect the direction and verify the design changes after the refuge study. The current stage of the industry uses the checklist or professional areas to verify the relevant forms, as a verification table design reference, and then confirmed by the case to verify the results of room changes after the analysis. After the case verification, it is easy to verify the failure to change the design, improve the method and improve the order of the design content and the tow-layer zone model look-up system. Finally, it points out the changing the contents of the Regulations for Examining Interior Construction in Buildings for interior decoration review content change proposal.
