建築排水系統對於建築整體是不可或缺的重要一環，隨著我國經濟快速成長
及民眾生活水平日益提高，建築開發商已經越來越多注意力集中在浴廁的構造
上，而浴廁作為一間房子重要組成的部分，不僅安全、衛生、舒適的要求也要逐
漸提高，而對日後的維修更是必須更加重視，根據統計房屋漏水糾紛，排名第一
就是房屋漏水，因此本研究將收集國內外同層排水相關文獻及調查，並運用模糊
德爾菲法與層級分析法經由專家問卷方式，提出同層排水系統性能評估指標與基
準，提供未來建築設備法規更改準則。本研究以建築同層排水作為研究標的，探
討台灣建築同層排水設計應用與可行性評估，依據文獻回顧及專家問卷調查結
果，並以模糊德爾菲法及層級分析法，並彙整國內外文件評估考量之主要因子，
進而探討台灣同層排水設計應用之可行性，作為未來建築設計評估時依據，並提
供後續設計維護管理之參考。

Building drainage system is an indispensable part of the overall construction. with the rapid growth of china's economy and the improvement of people's living standards, construction developers have been paying more and more attention to the construction of the toilet, and the toilet as a the important part of the house, not only the requirements for safety, hygiene and comfort, but also the maintenance of the future must be paid more attention to. according to the statistical housing leakage dispute, the first place is the leakage of the house, so this study will collect domestic relevant drainage and related literatures and surveys, and using fuzzy Delphi method and hierarchical analysis method to propose performance evaluation indicators and benchmarks for the same layer drainage system through expert questionnaires, and provide future building equipment regulations change guidelines. In this study, the same floor drainage is used as the research target, and the application and feasibility evaluation of the same floor drainage design in Taiwan is discussed. based on the literature review and the results of the expert questionnaire survey, the fuzzy Delphi method and the hierarchical analysis method are used, and the domestic and foreign documents are evaluated. consider the main factors of the consideration, and then explore the feasibility of the same floor drainage design application in Taiwan, as the basis for future building design evaluation, and provide reference for subsequent design maintenance management.
