  • 於本文中,利用本國與美國專利資料庫搜尋嬰兒車折疊機構相關專利,並將所搜尋之專利依輪胎個數、折疊次數與乘座人數分類,經由比較後以單自由度機構做為研究方向,並依桿件數細分比較設計難易度與使用方便性,進而選擇六連桿機構做為設計構型,其中再依運動鏈類型分類,利用折疊設計與前、後輪中心點的收折軌跡分析比較彼此間之差異,最後以Watt Ⅱ型機構優於其他構型而選擇此類型進行尺度合成與最佳化之研究。於尺度合成中,根據前、後兩輪的展開與閉合點之兩點位置,利用機構路徑合成,但是考量機構展開位置的剛性較佳,與閉合位置降低所需收納空間,故利用死點拘束條件來達成,推導一系列合成之流程。其次利用最佳化方法,以提高初始收折狀態之機械利益與縮小收折面積做為目標函數,利用基因演算法進行最佳化尺度合成,另外探討縮小收折面積做為目標函數,進行兩目標函數間最佳化之比較,最後根據較佳的最佳化結果製作實體機構模型,以驗證本文所提出之方法的可行性。


    In this thesis, the kinematic structure of numerous folding mechanisms for baby carriages, obtained from patent search of the United States and domestic patent databases, is first classified with respect to the number of wheels, seats, and folds. From which the designs of single degree of freedom six bar linkage are identified for further investigations because of their simplicity and ease of use. The motion trajectory of the points on the links of these mechanisms corresponding to the center of the front and the rear wheels of the carriage are then analyzed. It is found that the trajectories of the Watt typeⅡ mechanism possessed certain advantages over that of the other types; therefore it is selected for the study of dimensional synthesis and design optimization. A procedure for computing the dimensions of the independent design variable is developed based on the method of two-point path generation. In order to achieve higher rigidity at the unfold position and reduce the storage space requirement at the folded position, dead-center configuration of the linkage are imposed on the two end-points as additional geometric constraints. In addition, an optimization method based on genetic algorithm is presented for synthesizing the optimal link dimensions, such that the synthesized linkage would not only achieve the maximum mechanical advantage at the initial folding state to facilitate the folding action, but also retain the minimum storage space at the folded position. Finally, an acrylic prototype of the synthesized mechanism is produced to verify the presented methods
