資訊公司在發現不熟悉領域之潛在市場時,難以依靠組織本身站穩市場,而是要透過維持自身的資訊優勢,提出數位化解決方案,同時徵用外部組織資源彌補不足,形成穩固的數位化服務生態圈,才能在競爭激烈的市場上生存。此外目標很難在最初進入市場時即明確,資訊公司面對到新環境時,需要利用過往的經驗去修改認知,進而採取行動,將目標階段性地完成。
本研究透過個案研究的方式,藉由制定歷程來觀察資訊公司對於外部環境的認知及如何發現潛在市場並訂定階段性目標,以數位化服務主導邏輯維持自身的資訊優勢,提出數位化解決辦法;同時徵用外部資源彌補自身不足,與夥伴異業整合,並由所有的參與者共創品牌的價值並逐漸形成生態圈。
本研究探討對象為東詣科技,觀察公司發展數位化寵物服務新品牌Petzzo,並將其歷程分為三階段:發現痛點建立關係、數據串接打破隔閡和開始平台服務與消費者互動;探討其開發過程中如何以數位化服務主導邏輯提出數位化解決辦法,並透過徵用外部資源,逐步完成價值共創寵物數位化服務生態圈。經由分析後,本研究提出一套「數位化服務之生態演進制定歷程」之架構,作為其他資訊公司對於相同情況下的策略參考。


When an IT company discovers a new potential market in an unfamiliar field, it is near impossible to rely on the organization itself to thrive in the fiercely competitive market. Instead, it should focus on two things to help establish a stable digital service ecosystem: maintaining its information advantages to create digital solutions, and utilizing external organizational resources to make up for its shortcomings. Furthermore, there is seldom a clear goal when a company first enters the market. When faced with a new environment, an IT company must make use of past experiences to constantly change perception and take proper actions to set and complete different stage goals.
This research is a case study on an IT company’s perception of the external environment and how it discovers potential markets and sets business goals. The company uses digital service-dominant logic to maintain its information advantages and propose digital solutions. At the same time, it turns to external resources to compensate for its weaknesses by integrating with partners in different industries, taking a brand value co-creation approach and eventually forming a business ecosystem.
The object of this study is MMXtion Technology Co. and its development of a new digital pet service brand - Petzzo. There are three main stages of their journey: identifying pain points and establishing relationships, data connection across different industries, and launching platform services to interact with consumers. Observations were made on how the company employed digital service-dominant logic to propose digital solutions, as well as gradually complete the value co-creation of the pet digital service ecosystem through the use of external resources. After analyzing the case, this research proposes a "Business Ecosystem Enactment of Digital Services" framework as a strategic reference for other IT companies in the same situation.
