本論文採用個案分析方式，探討台灣半導體二手設備廠商的發展與
展望-以S公司為例，深入分析個案公司在半導體設備產業中如何運用策
略來提升產品競爭力與滿足客戶需求。主要透過產業概況與分析、文獻
探討與個案公司的內部資料分析，找出個案公司未來發展方向。
首先分析半導體設備產業在全球與台灣目前的概況，再探討半導體
二手設備商與半導體設備商的差異與其必要性。了解半導體二手設備商
在整個半導體設備產業中所扮演的角色。
其次藉由文獻探討所用之PEST、波特五力、SWOT、S曲線、BCG
矩陣等分析方式找出個案公司未來的發展策略。再透過FMEA模式與T-
Plan技術藍圖規畫，設計出新產品協助個案公司轉型。

This paper uses case analysis to explore the development and prospects of
Taiwan's second-hand semiconductor equipment manufacturers。-Taking
Company S as an example，conduct an in-depth analysis of how the case
company uses strategies to improve performance in the semiconductor
equipment industry.Improve product competitiveness and meet customer
needs.Mainly through industry overview and analysis，literature discussion and
Personal Analyze the internal data of the case company to find out the future
development direction of the case company。
First，we analyze the current overview of the semiconductor equipment
industry in the world and Taiwan，and then discuss the semiconductor equipment
industry。The difference between mobile equipment manufacturers and
semiconductor equipment manufacturers and their necessity。Understand the
semiconductor second-hand equipment manufacturers’ overall role in the
semiconductor equipment industry。
Secondly，the PEST、Porter's Five Forces、SWOT、S-curve，and BCG
matrix used were discussed through the literature.and other analytical methods
to find out the future development strategy of the case company。Then through
FMEA model and T-Plan technology Technical blueprint planning，designing
new products to assist the case company in its transformation。
