台灣早期建築以鋼筋混凝土構造設計為主,在建築的形式上並無法表現出結
構的自明性,鋼構造特有的細部接頭處理,在構築的觀點下可被探討的議題也逐
漸增加,在歷經921地震後對結構安全性及施工效率的考量下,鋼構造逐漸被台
灣正視,且相較於鋼筋混凝土鋼構更具有環保及永久性的價值。
本人於2011年底接獲“台南市中西區知識科技股份有限公司新建工程”乙案
設計權,獨自一人完成此案整體流程,包含建築、結構、機水電設計、建築書面
資料送審及監造,從2011~2015年之間的設計過程將其論述,作為本論文研究對
象,研究內容詳細描述設計過程與工程界面的整體程序。本案結構技師邀請到近
年來密集在台灣發展特殊構造的日本技師冨田匡俊先生協助,使建築形式與構造
可有效的結合成一體,融合建築師與結構技師的美學,發展出多向性的懸臂系統
呈現構造的力與美,同時也挑戰台灣營造業施作複雜鋼構的精準度,此設計方法
有別於台灣目前在操作建築設計上的手法,在此進一步的詳細紀錄說明並介紹施
工過程中所使用的材料與工法。
一、建築與結構在設計初期共同討論造型與材料的運用。
二、結構計算與接頭細部大樣設計討論。
三、造船技術的引用協助複雜的結構設計得以成型。
Early constructions in Taiwan were mainly designed in the form of reinforced concrete structure, and thus had difficulty representing the structure's identity. In addition, topics concerning the unique detail joints of steal building structure gained more weight from different perspectives of tectonics. Under the consideration of structural safety after the 921 earthquake and construction efficiency, steal building structure gradually grasped public attention in Taiwan and maintained a long-lasting value of environmental protection compared with the previous reinforced concrete structure.
Granted the right for designing the "New Construction of Tainan FLASHAIM Co., Ltd" in the Middle-west District of Tainan City in the end of 2011, Icompleted the entire process of this projectby myself, including construction, structure, hydropower mechanical design, submission of construction documents, and supervision. Thus, the thesis makes the design process starting from 2011 to 2015 as its research subject and will carefully describe the entire design process and the overall procedures of construction interface. This project acquired the assistance of Masatoshi Tomita, the Japanese structural technician who has been intensively developing spectacular structures recently in Taiwan, combining the architect's and the structural technician's aesthetical ideas to make the building form and construction an effective integration, and to developmulti-dimensional cantilever system, displaying strength and beauty of the building. It also challenges the preciseness of
applying complex steal structure by the construction industry in Taiwan at the same time. This design method is quite different from the approaches applied to construction design in current Taiwan. Therefore, a further, detailed record specifying the materials and construction methods applied in the construction process is shown as the follows:
1. Reciprocal discussions on the architecture and structurein the initial stage and the application of materials.
2. Structure calculation and discussions on the grand design of detail joints.
3.Adoption of shipbuilding technology assists in forming the complex structural design.
