This study attempts to understand the acceptance and risk understanding of financial technology by young people and tries to realize the reasons and differences from several possible factors that influence of simulation investment and investment community activities on the acceptance of financial technology and the change of financial technology literacy, and the affect on the youth's investment risk acceptance.
Fintech literacy or fintech capability is a manifestation of knowledge, and changes in knowledge may affect people's attitudes towards risks and preferences. This study chooses both investment club activities and simulated investment experience as the potential reasons that may affect financial literacy and financial acceptance.
After analysis, this study confirms that risk value will be positively affected by financial technology acceptance and technological literacy. After analysis, it can be seen that the acceptance of financial technology will be positively affected by the participation of investment community activities and simulated investment experience. The researchers believe that this is because the investment club activities usually encourage people to invest and encourage club members to get in touch with new things in the activity design, and the social function of the club also contributes to this atmosphere, making people more willing to accept new things. Thereby increasing the acceptance of fintech. As for the fact that fintech acceptance is positively affected by simulated investment. The researcher believe that this is because the simulated investment tool is also a case of technology used in investment and financial management. The more experience in using simulated investment, the more the use and acceptance of financial technology can be reflected in their attitude towards financial technology.
However, this study also found that financial technology literacy cannot be improved through participation in investment club activities or through simulated investment experience. The researcher believe that it may be that most of the current investment club activities are more biased towards trading theory itself or for individual stocks or industry analysis and other pricing models, but less knowledge-based activities related to fintech literacy. It may also be that the formation of financial technology literacy is more complicated, or it is more related to factors such as family, education level, and working background that have not been explored in this study, so that the correlation is not significant
