  • 隨著網際網路蓬勃發展,世界衛生組織(WHO)將智慧健康醫療(eHealth)定義為資訊與通訊科技在醫療及健康領域的應用,包含醫療照護、疾病管理、公共衛生檢測和教育研究等,能支持疾病自我管理、減輕醫護人力不足和減少醫療成本。
    介面設計為智慧健康醫療中的重要互動元素,本創作針對不同使用族群,包括孕婦、醫護人員、一般病患中的視覺版面編排應用,探討智慧健康醫療、介面設計、使用者經驗,洞察使用者需求,利用瀑布模型法設計介面原型,再以使用者為設計中心進行結果評估與使用回饋。
    本創作論文以三件作品,來展現智慧健康醫療介面的視覺形式,分別為:(1) Eve數位妊娠平臺:針對產前與產後的介面設計。(2) Health Kite醫護網站介面:統整紀錄大量病患資訊網站平臺。(3) mKite自我健康檢測介面:一般患者在家自主管理紀錄醫療數據的行動應用程式。最後就創作成果進行訪談,多數受訪者在使用者經驗和介面上,都有高滿意度,並獲得以下回饋:(1) Eve數位妊娠平臺:增加多元性語言選擇。(2) Health Kite醫護網站介面:簡化操作流程,增加醒目的警示和追蹤病患功能。(3) mKite自我健康檢測介面:頁面可提供專業醫療數值知識,供使用者參考。


    Nowadays the Internet has developed rapidly. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines eHealth as the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) for health to, for example, treat patients, track diseases, monitor public health, pursue research and education. eHealth can improve the health of citizens, ease medical burden and reduce cost.
    Interface design is an important interactive element in eHealth. This study applied visual layout to designs for different users such as pregnant women, medical staff and ordinary patients by reviewing literature on eHealth, interface design and user experience while observing user needs. Prototypes of the interface were designed with the waterfall method and were evaluated with user-centered approaches for feedbacks.
    Three works were proposed to exemplify different visual patterns of eHealth interface as follows. (1) Eve Digital Maternity Platform: interface design for the antenatal and postnatal journey. (2) Health Kite Portal: web interface design for reviewing plenty of the patient’s context. (3) mKite Self-Monitoring App: interface design for managing personal health data at home. The results were interviewed and most of the interviewees ranked high in user experience and interface satisfaction. The feedbacks were as follows. (1) Eve Digital Maternity Platform: the availability for multiple language selection. (2) Health Kite Portal: the simplification of operation process, additional functions of vivid warning and follow-up treatment for patients. (3) mKite Self-Monitoring App: additional professional knowledge of medical data for user reference.
