本研究應用層級分析法探討智能家居產品研發專案的關鍵成功因素。透過文獻探討,本研究彙整出六大構面及18項因素以建構層級分析法的層級架構。藉由分析專家意見,層級分析法得到各個關鍵成功因素的權重,可以作為制定決策的參考。本研究之結果顯示,將近75%的權重集中在品質、市場環境、研發技術這三大構面。此外,其中七項因素,包括客戶品質要求、市場商機和銷售需求、產品整合和系統驗證能力、生產製程能力/良率、競爭者與替代品、政府的長照政策和產業發展、關鍵性技術、專利、料件掌握,共佔整體權重的67.8%,是智能家居產品研發專案最關鍵的成功因素。
This research applies the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to investigate key success factors of smart home products R & D projects. Through literature review, six dimensions and 18 factors are selected to construct the hierarchical structure of AHP. By analyzing experts’ opinions, AHP obtains the weights of key success factors to support decision-making. The results of this study show that nearly 75% of dimension weight concentrates on the quality, market environment, and research and development dimensions. In addition, the seven most important success factors, including customer quality requirements, market opportunities and sales needs, product integration and system validation capabilities, production process capability/yield, competitors and alternatives, government policy for long-term care and industry development, and critical technologies, patents, and materials, account for 67.8% of the total weight.
