BIM應用於建築物之視覺化磁磚規劃

現今台灣的營造工程中除了追求降低成本與縮短工期外，建築物的整齊與美觀亦會影響使用者的感受，而磁磚是建築物使用最多的裝飾材料之一，因此磁磚規劃是極其重要的工程，事前的規劃將決定建築工程的成敗。然而磁磚種類繁多，其尺寸與型式的相異，再加上施工的變化性，增加了磁磚施工計畫的難度與複雜度。
本研究涵五個章節，第一章緒論，將此次研究的動機、目的、方向、範圍、研究方法以條列式的方式呈現；第二章依次進入相關磁磚文獻探討與回顧，並將SketchUp、Revit、AutoCad導入磁磚計畫中。第三章「磁磚計畫」的理論基礎，將探磁磚的基本規劃與分析、原則及現場磁磚的接縫形式。第四章工程規劃案例分享，以「新光人壽南港大樓」建築作品，以圖文並陳方式進行論析形成研究成果。第五章結論、對問題的回應與未來的展望。

Abstract
Nowadays, the construction projects in Taiwan are not only pursuing the cost reduction and shortening the completion time, but also focus on how the neatness and the aesthetics will affect users’ feelings. Moreover, the magnetic brick is one of the most used decorative materials on constructions. Thus, the planning of the magnetic bricks is an extremely important process in the construction projects, and the prior planning will determine whether the construction projects success or not. However, the multiple types of magnetic bricks, the differences between the sizes and types of magnetic bricks and the variabilities of the constructions will increase the difficulty and complexity of the construction projects.

This research contains five chapters. The first chapter is introduction which presents the motivations, the purposes, the directions, the ranges and the research methods of the research. The second chapter is about the exploration and the review of the relevant documents of magnetic bricks and the application of using SketchUp, Revit and AutoCad in the projects of the magnetic bricks. The third chapter is the theoretical basis of the magnetic projects which will explore the basic planning of the magnetic bricks, the analysis, the principles and the way how the magnetic bricks seam. The chapter four is about the cases sharing of the construction projects by using the example of SKL Nangang Building with pictures and description to form the results of the research. The last chapter is the conclusion, the responding of the questions and the prospects of the future.
