隨著生活品質之提升,用戶對供電可靠度之要求亦日益殷切,因為即使短時間之停電亦會造成用戶不便與經濟損失。台電公司本服務用戶之精神,於2003年初建置完成北市區處第一期配電常閉環路自動化系統,可自動隔離饋線電纜事故區間,可靠度因此大為提高。本研究針對此一由同一主變饋供之常閉環路系統之擴充進行規劃,首先研討北市區處第一期配電常閉環路自動化系統之運轉效益,再藉由ETAP PowerStation模擬軟體執行第二期常閉擴充系統之電力潮流分析,並對故障及負載轉供策略加以研討,再綜合分析結果,作出具體規劃建議。本論文研究結果可供台電公司各區處建置配電常閉環路系統之參考。
The living standards in Taiwan have considerably improved in recent years. Reliable and high quality power supply is therefore more vital than ever. Some customers cannot afford either a short-period interruption or a long-duration voltage dip. Power outage always make inconvenient to customers and harmful to the economy. For better customer service, the Taipei City District Office of Taipower completed the first phase installation of normally closed-loop automation system about three years ago. The system is able to isolate automatically the faulted feeder segment and improve the service reliability. This research is to develop a expansion structure for the first phase normally closed-loop system. First of all, this research examined the operation natures of the first phase normally closed loop system. Then the software package, ETAP PowerStation, was used to perform power flows, short circuit and load transfer analyses. The conclusion and analysis results are of value to the construction of a normally closed-loop system.
