在「共享經濟」的推動下，「共享辦公」近年來也倍受市場關注，國內外湧現非常多的共享辦公品牌，帶動了不動產行業的革新，同時將新型辦公空間和新型辦公模式帶到人們面前。Google、Apple等公司在多年前就對辦公場所的設計做了很多大膽的嘗試，積極響應共享辦公設計與規劃的概念，增加辦公空間的互動性、趣味性，為員工提供舒適的工作空間和服務，他們作為新型辦公空間的指標，是很多國內外企業模仿和參考的對象，人們也開始相信這樣的辦公環境能為工作帶來正面的影響。
新冠病毒（Covid-19）在2020年年初開始擴散到全世界，至今仍舊無法回到疫情前正常的生活和工作的狀態，疫情改變了生活，也改變了發展多年的共享辦公模式，防疫和共享相互矛盾，許多公司因為疫情開始居家辦公、分流上班，鼓勵員工在辦公室內保持安全距離，這與現有講究互動的共享空間背道而馳，許多討論桌被放上隔板，公共空間乏人問津，甚至員工不需要進公司，公司裡的空間和設施都沒有發揮作用。
面對防疫和共享空間相互矛盾的問題，本研究意在回歸到使用者的意願和需求，透過整理現有辦公空間防疫措施和國內外共享辦公空間案例，提出具有代表性的後疫情時代辦公空間設計與規劃要素，透過問卷調查收到各類群眾對於各個辦公空間設計要素的看法，將結果導入Kano model二維品質模型來深入瞭解上班族對各個要素的滿意度，有效發現上班族在後疫情時代回歸職場辦公的需求，比較不同人群之間需求的差異性，劃分人群的主要切入點是專業背景，分為「建築專業背景的上班族及相關工作者」與「沒有建築背景的上班族」，根據得到的多個角度的結果，提出適用於後疫情環境下共享辦公空間的配置，為共享辦公空間設計的轉型和發展提供一個思路。

Driven by the "sharing economy", "shared office" has also attracted much market attention in recent years. Many co-working brands have emerged around the world, driving the innovation of the real estate industry, and at the same time bringing new office spaces and new office models to people. Companies such as Google and Apple have made many bold attempts in the design of office spaces many years ago, responding to the concept of co-working, increasing the interactivity and fun of the office space, and providing employees with comfortable work space and services. The indicators of new office space are imitated and referenced by many companies, and people have begun to believe that such an office environment can have a positive impact on work.
The Covid-19 began to spread around the world in early 2020, and it is still hard to return to the normal life and work. The epidemic has changed life and the shared office model that has been developed for many years. Epidemic prevention and sharing are contradictory. Many companies have started working from home and diverted work due to the epidemic, employees are encouraged to maintain a safe distance in the office, Which are contrary to the existing shared space that emphasizes interaction. Partitions are placed on many discussion tables, few people go to the public space , and the space and facilities in the company are not functioning due to working from home.
Faced with the conflicting problem of epidemic prevention and shared space, this study aims to return to the wishes and needs of users. By sorting out the existing office space epidemic prevention measures and domestic and foreign co-working space cases, this paper proposes representative office space design elements in the post-epidemic era, through the Kano model two-dimensional quality model to deeply understand the satisfaction of office workers towards various office space design elements, effectively find the needs of office workers returning to the workplace in the post-epidemic era, compare the differences in the needs of different groups. Starting from the demand, a set of configurations for shared office space in the post-epidemic environment is proposed, which provides an idea for the transformation and development of shared office space design.
