電線光纖電纜是國家基本工業,應用於各行業,是現代經濟和社會正常運轉的基礎保障。電線光纖電纜行業的發展水平也是一個國家制造業水平的標誌和縮影。
因新冠疫情需求,電線光纖電纜行業如何在政府和各行業的帶動下恢復增長。5G 上網及居家上班學習等等活動有明顯加快,這些因疫情所在家成長的活動為新興市場電線光纖電纜需求提供巨大的業績成長空間,然如何需求的增長時保持競爭力代管倉將會是很重要的一環節。
固定通信綜合網路業務業者即俗稱的「固網業者」以中華電信為現有最大有線網路系統業者。另為台灣固網、遠傳大數據、亞太寬頻等四家。
國內生產光銅通訊纜線的業者無不將四家固網視為主要的目標客戶,又因中華電信佔有先機各縣市均有門市及料庫便於日後固網的佈建施工物料備存。其他業者須承擔較高的倉儲運輸庫存的成本。
本研究乃針對中小型纜線製造業者如何藉由代管倉的服務創新與相關的固網業者策略聯盟並共創雙贏。


Wire and fiber optic cables are widely used in various sectors of the
national economy and are the basic guarantee for the normal operation of
modern economy and society. The development level of the wire and fiber
optic cable industry is also a sign and epitome of a country's manufacturing
level.
The demand for the new crown epidemic, how the wire, optical fiber and
cable industry resumes growth driven by government and private investment.
Construction, infrastructure, public utilities and industrial development
activities will accelerate. These activities will provide huge upside potential
for wire, optical fiber and cable demand in emerging markets. However, it
will be important to maintain competitiveness as demand grows. Part of it.
The fixed-communications integrated network business operator,
commonly known as the "fixed network operator", has Chunghwa Telecom as
the current largest wired network system operator. The other four are
Taiwan's fixed-line network, New Century Information Technology, and
Dongsen Broadband.

The domestic manufacturers of optical copper communication cables all
regard the four fixed networks as their main target customers, and because
Chunghwa Telecom has the advantage, all counties and cities have stores and
warehouses to facilitate future fixed network deployment and construction
materials. . Other businesses have to bear the higher cost of warehousing and
transporting inventory.This research is aimed at how small and medium cable
manufacturers can create a win-win situation through strategic alliances with
related fixed network operators through the service innovation of escrow
warehouses.
