本論文文探討吸收式熱泵系統AHP(Absorption Heat pump)在穩態情況下,不同工作流體於不同操作條件的模擬計算結果。在整個廢熱回收領域中,AHP系統是少數能有效利用低溫熱源的熱回收裝置之一,又因它是以熱能直接驅動系統,不需耗用大量電力,故其PER值亦高於電力方式熱泵。

為了建立AHP系統的整體概念及求取不同操作條件下系統操作效率COPt值變化情形,文中首先對AHP系統的類型及其各主要組件功能做詳細描述,然後由系統勢力分析推導操作效率的上下限值,而由可用能分析分別計算系統各組件可用能漏失量。至於系統的操作溫度、壓力、濃度變化關係則以熱力平衡關係圖表示之。最後運用系統質能平衡關係分別對NH3/H2O,H2O/LiBr,H2O/H2SO4等三種不同工作流體對做模擬分析。

由整個系統模擬分析可獲致下述結論:

(1)在相同操作條件下,COPt 隨工作流體對之不同而有所不同,但影響程度並不高。

(2)不同工作流體各具不同的操作範圍。

(3)在穩態操作情況下,提高TE值或降低Tc值皆能有效提升系統之COPt 值,但TG與TA的變更對COPt 值影響不大。

(4)AHP系統之PER值較EHP系統為高。

(5)AHP系統在部分負載情況下仍具有高COPt 值。


  This study mainly discusses about the steady-state simulation results of AHP (Absorption Heat Pump) system with different working fluids under different operation conditions. AHP is a kind of heat-driving system which can save a lot of electrical power and can make the best use of low temperature energy. It is recognized that its PER is higher than that of EHP (Electrical Heat Pump) system.

  This study first gives a detailed description about various types of AHP system and their major equipment function. Then, the thermodynamic analysis of the upper and lower limits of COPt and the calculation of exergy losses for each equipment are carried out. The thermodynamic equilibrium chart can be applied demonstrate the system's operating temperature, pressure and concentration. Applying mass and energy balance, simulation analysis of NH3/H2O, H2O/LiBr, H2O/H2SO4 systems can give the follwing results:

  (1)Under the same operating conditions, different working fluid results in different COPt, but the difference is not significant.

  (2)The operating temperature is different for different working fluids.

  (3)Under steady-state, the increase of TE or TC promotes the system's COPt effectively. On the other hand, the change of TC or TA may not have significient impact on COPt.

  (4)The PER of AHP system is higher than that of EHP system.

  (5)AHP system still gets higher COPt even operated under partial loading conditions.
