由於資訊科技的不斷創新與網路基礎建設不斷進步，電子模式交易已成為世界上證券市場或期貨市場交易模式的主流。以國外交易市場最流行的高頻交易(High Frequency Trading)模式為例，證券商或專業投資機構便必需要有功能強大的交易系統、快速運算的大型主機、及高速資料傳遞的網路設備去互相配合才有辦法從交易中獲利。而國內證券商也因面對這交易市場的高度競爭壓力，便需不斷投入大量經費及資源去引進功能更強大的交易系統及汰換效能更高的機器設備。
在國內證券市場已趨於飽和的情況下，要如何自眾多證券商中獲得客戶的青睞，重點就在誰能提供客戶差異化且最滿意的服務，而資訊交易系統就扮演著提供服務核心關鍵的角色。各券商無不絞盡腦汁在自家現有的各種交易平台如營業員下單系統、Web下單系統、AP下單系統等，去進行整合服務的提供，盡量突顯自家的優勢並滿足客戶的需求及培養客群忠誠度，進而提高獲利。故成功引進一套有著強大交易功能，並能提供整合性及客製化服務的交易系統便是協助證券商在證券市場的激烈競爭中獲勝的工具。
本研究首先以文獻分析法，整理有關專案管理、資訊系統成功模式及導入關鍵成功因素等學術研究報告及文獻資料。之後再依據國內某綜合證券商之營業員下單系統成功導入個案，探討資訊交易系統在證券商如何能成功導入，其關鍵因素為何。研究結果並將提供其他證券同業在未來導入資訊交易系統之參考。

Electronic trading have been major trading type on stock markets or futures markets in the world due to innovation of information technology and progress of network infrastructure. Taking most popular High Frequency Trading in overseas trading markets as an example, that securities companies or professional investment institutions could earn profits from trading depends on trading systems with powerful functions, mainframes of high computational speed, and network infrastructures of high data transfer rate operate in coordination. Therefore, facing equipment competition on trading markets, domestic securities companies must keep investing large money and resource ceaselessly in order to bring trading systems with more powerful functions and replace by higher efficacy machinery equipment.
In the situation of a most saturated domestic stock market, who can have customers’ attention comparing with many other securities companies? The key point is who can provide customers for customization and most satisfied service. Furthermore, trading system plays a critical part in providing service. Each securities company does his best to integrate own different trading platforms, such as Securities Agent Order Execution System, Internet Stock Trading System, and AP Trading System…etc. and attempts to show his advantage, satisfy customers and increase customers’ loyalty in order to improve profits. Thus, helping securities companies to win the equipment competition on trading markets is to introduce successfully a trading system which has powerful trading function and could provide integrated and customized service.
In our research, the literature survey which summarized academic research papers and reports related to project management, the successful models and key success factors of implementing the trading system is firstly conducted. Later, the specific case that the Securities Agent Order Execution System was introduced in a certain domestic securities company would be studied to know how the trading system introduced perfectly in a securities company and the critical factors would be resolved by case study. Our research result will be a decent reference for those companies involved in similar problems.
