本研究主要分析如何藉由進階的資通訊技術(AI、區塊鍊、大數據)建立一個讓台灣第三方支付的永續經營模式。首先認識第三方支付行為模式並了解台灣第三方支付產業現況；接著透過波特五力分析與SWOT分析來檢視台灣第三方支付產業的環境與市場；最後在現今科技對台灣第三方支付的影響下，找出第三方支付產業面可行的商業模式、競爭優勢與營運策略。
本研究發現，新科技影響了第三方支付的運用情境，不論是互聯網底下的大數據分析或是區塊鍊，這些都將改變台灣第三方支付產業流程與加速產業升級。有鑑於此，督促政府制訂相關政策與爭取企業的支持將有利於新科技在台灣第三方支付的發展。

This study mainly analyzes how to establish a sustainable business model for third-party payment in Taiwan through advanced information and communication technology (AI, blockchain, big data, ect.). First, there is an introduction of the third-party payment and the current status of third-party payment in Taiwan. And then we will review the environment and market of Taiwan's third-party payment industry through Porter Five Forces analysis and SWOT analysis. Finally, through the impact of new technology, we will propose a feasible business model, including the competitive advantages and operating strategies of the third-party payment industry.

This study found that new technologies have affected the application scenarios of third-party payment. Whether it is big data analysis of Internet or blockchain, these will change the process of Taiwan's third-party payment industry and accelerate industrial upgrading. In view of this, urging the government to formulate relevant policies and win the support of enterprises will be conducive to the development of third-party payment for new technology in Taiwan.
