本論文主旨在於探討使用超音波振動於板材U型微彎曲製程之影響,在成形過程中將超音波施加於U型彎曲模穴來進行振動。實驗使用材料為Al1050F,厚度為0.15mm,從實驗中可獲得結果如衝頭負荷的降低、回彈量減少以及不同振福對衝頭負荷之影響。將實驗所得之結果,來作為金屬材料精密加工之研發與應用時之參考。
In order to know the influence of ultrasonic vibration on micro U-bending process, ultrasonic vibration was applied on U-bending die to produce the vibraton during forming process. The experiment material is Al1050F with thickness 0.15mm. Through the data acquisition the parameters including the punch load reduction, the spring back reduction, and the influence of different amplitude on punch load. This result could be the reference for the industrial application.
