影響專案成本的因素，一般而言都是有跡可循的，在進行專案管理時，如果能將影響專案成本的風險因素列入管理程序，在專案管理架構中，加入風險管理系統，於風險因素發生的初期、在風險因素初現端倪時，及時進行管理並且執行風險處理對策，以降低風險帶來的損失，是專案風險管理的目的。但是在風險因素發生在專案進行中並不一定是明顯易見的，在延後發現風險因素時，於有限的專案時間內常會發生錯失處理風險因素的最佳時機。
本研究利用風險矩陣來進行風險因素的分類，希望以企業有限的資源與專案有限的回應時間，對於專案成本影響性較大的風險因素進行管理，並藉由個案分析找出實際執行過程中影響專案成本增加的風險因素。
在本研究中針對專案投標階段、分包階段、執行階段、單價差異、數量差異及工期延遲等風險因素進行成本影響分析，發現執行階段的風險因素衝擊最大，佔專案成本增加的38%，其次為工期延遲風險佔專案成本增加衝擊的26%。專案風險因素超過200萬元者佔風險因素之比例為38%，而佔衝擊專案成本金額之94%，為求管理效率，應該就個案中200萬元以上之風險因素進行管理。
未來專案成本執行風險因素管理時，針對風險矩陣中影響較大、對專案造成成本增加較多的風險因素，就專案生命週期中進行追蹤管理，專案中建立風險文化、建立標準化的風險評估方法、縮短風險管理決策流程，以達到降低風險因素造成專案成本的損失。

The analysis of risk factors effect in construction project cost management.
Abstract
Most of the risk factors effect project cost can be tracked in construction period from project management, if we can merge the risk factor management and risk management implementation strategies into construction project management to inspection risk factors in early stage of the risk and make as pre-loss objective. in the real case of on going project these risk factors are not easy for visible, delay to inspection the risk factors in project will cause loss. In this thesis will use risk matrix to verify these risk factors and use project’s limited time and resources to management the most critical risk factor. Following these cases in this research to find the real project risk factors and identify the cost affected of each risk factor happened.
In this research analysis the risk factors include tender stage, subcontract stage, execution stage, unit price difference, quantity difference and contract delay. The mostly impact risk factor of contract cost increase 38% is comming from execution stagem, increase 26% from the next factor is contract delay. The ratio of risk factors impact over 2 million is 38% of all risk factors and this 38% of risk factors impact 94% of contract cost increase, monitoring these risk factors over 2million is the priority thing in the construction risk factors management.
Through the research for the project risk factors management can target in these risk factors which effect large project cost. Monitoring these risk factors in project management procedure and feedback for decision under risk and uncertainty to reduce project lost in the project life cycle.
