2018年中美貿易戰及2019年新冠肺炎影響全球製造業生態系統,加速催化數位轉型與智慧製造等配套資訊服務需求,目的使企業營運更為敏捷。再加上近年許多生產力工具軟體從永久授權轉為訂閱模式,軟體銷售逐漸去中間化,從軟體代理商角度,該以加值服務提升,增加銷售鏈上的競爭地位。
本研究流程由資訊服務暨軟體市場趨勢與製造業資訊科技投資趨勢,找出市場機會與技術缺口,並將個案公司藉由商業畫布(Business Model Canvas)進行商業模式分析後,從五力分析(Porter five forces analysis)探討外部競爭力,使用強弱危機分析(SWOT Analysis)評估內部競爭力強度與提出因應外部環境的策略後,加入顧客分析找出可循的創新服務要素,提出創新服務商業模式策略。
由T-Plan將規劃個案部門未來三年解決方案佈局與關鍵技術,結合個案公司內部與外部資源彌補部門技術缺口,調整部門服務流程,最後提出因應創新服務商業模式的顧客成功團隊,將部門核心從顧客技術服務轉為顧客成功。
本研究為軟體代理商擬出策略分析模型與技術佈局的架構,以供個案公司未來檢視部門技術規劃的策略,符合市場趨勢,提升部門技術能量,並週期性定期更新,確保個案公司永續經營。
In year 2018, U.S.-China trade war and 2019 COVID19 affect the global manufacturing ecosystem, accelerating the demand for supporting information services such as digital transformation and smart manufacturing, with the aim of making enterprise operations more agile. In addition, many productivity software tools have switched from perpetual licenses to subscriptions and the disintermediation also became the trend in recent years. Therefore, from the perspective of software resellers, value-added services should be improved to keep the competitive position in the sales chain.
The research process includes information services, software market trends and manufacturing information technology investment trends, identifying market opportunities and technology gaps, then using the Business Model Canvas to analyze the business model of our case company.
We explore the external competitiveness through Porter five forces analysis, then use SWOT analysis to assess the strength of internal competitiveness and propose strategies to cope with the external environment, adding customer analysis to identify the elements of innovative services and propose innovative service business model strategies.
The T-Plan will help us to plan the solution layout and key technologies of the case department for the next three years. Combine the case company's internal and external resources to bridge the department's technology gaps, adjust the department's service processes, and propose a customer success team in response to the innovative service business model to shift the core of the department from customer technology services to customer success.
This study is designed to provide software agents with a strategic analysis model and technology framework for the future review of the department's technology planning strategy, fit the market trend, enhance the department's technology capacity, and ensure the case company's sustainable operation by periodically updating it.
