  • 全球各大企業及政府機關,資料中心建置需求越來越大,以及民眾的日常生活已經離不開網路需求。5G技術和物聯網應用、雲端服務及資料存儲、邊緣運算、社群媒體、影音串流、大數據、AI運算等,這些都需要依賴伺服器背後的高速運算和資料存取支持。近年來雲端運算服務模式及全球伺服器產業發展趨勢快速,許多企業也都透過數位轉型來增加競爭優勢,使得伺服器需求逐年成長也造成目前全球伺服器產業競爭激烈。

    本研究將根據整個伺服器產業做介紹與說明,接著透過市場產業相關文獻的資料收集與國際產經趨勢探討,再依序針對個案公司目前遇到的現況,使用PEST工具來檢視大環境中於政治、經濟、社會、科技四個面向的影響與趨勢。接著利用五力分析探討產業內的競爭與威脅,再以 SWOT及 TOWS策略矩陣,整理出對應的策略。在依據個案公司的產品生命週期與BCG矩陣等相關分析工具,尋找出市場的缺口與機會市場。

    經由產業與市場的分析結果及利用這些分析工具,梳理出個案公司未來產業發展趨勢,有效的分配內部資源,規劃出未來公司三年的發展布局及策略技術藍圖 T-Plan。最後依據研究結果提供給個案公司未來短、中、長期的發展建議,並且定期且週期性的依照市場趨勢,動態評估及更新部門策略技術藍圖。以符合市場需求使公司組織能在競爭的逆勢環境中,永續發展及成長。

    The world's major enterprises and government organization have an increasing demand for data center construction. People's daily life is inseparable from network demand. These applications including 5G technology, IoT applications, cloud services, data storage, edge computing, social media, streaming service, big data, AI computing, require high-speed computing and data access support from servers. Recently, the cloud computing service model and the global server industry have developed rapidly. Therefore, many companies have increased their competitive advantages through digital transformation. The continuous increase in server demand has also impacted the intense market competition in the global server industry.

    This study first introduces and explains the server industry. Subsequently, data collection related to the market industry and discussion regarding international industry trends are presented. PEST is used to analyze the macro-environmental impact and trends of the four factors from political, economic, social, and technological views for the current situation of the company studied. The Porter five forces analysis is employed to discuss the competition and threats in the industry. SWOT and TOWS strategy matrix is utilized to arrange the corresponding strategy. The product life cycle and BCG matrix are analyzed to find out the international market gap and opportunity market.

    In terms of the analysis results of the server industry and market, future industry development trend of the case company is summarized. Internal resources to plan the company's product development are allocated. The technology roadmap for the next three years is then given. According to the research results, the future recommended development is provided to the studied company. The product development T-Plan is updated according to the regular market trend tracking. It can meet the market demand, so the company can continue to develop and grow in the adverse environment.
