在隧道掘進開挖過程中,開挖工作面附近之變形行為皆屬於三維問題,但傳統隧道設計仍以二維數值分析為主,然而二維分析無法解釋分析隧道掘進及支撐架設對岩體所造成之變形行為,故本研究以三維模式來探討單孔隧道之掘進變形行為。
本研究利用三維數值程式FLAC3D模擬岩石隧道,在不同岩盤條件(RMR)、覆蓋深度、噴凝土厚度、隧道斷面及開挖工法等情況下,分別探討隧道掘進開挖過程中,頂拱沈陷之變形影響行為,並就圓形隧道及三心圓隧道之沈陷量建立傳統監測無法量測之前期變形量預估公式,以提供後續回饋分析作業及二維模式分析之支撐架設時機。
Conventional tunnel design is based on the two-dimensional plane-strain analysis. However, the tunnel face does provide support before it advances away from the area of interest. Therefore, unless the support decreases to a neglected extend, the deformation behavior of tunnel excavation can only be simulated by the three-dimensional modeling approach.
FLAC3D is a geotechnical finite difference package and is adopted in this research to simulate the roof settlements of a rock tunnel and play as a tool to modeling the interaction between the structures and the rock. Finally, a parametric study is performed based on the simulation results to analyze the different effects of rock masses (RMR), depth of rock overburden, thickness of shot concrete, cross-section and excavation methods. Fortunately, an empirical formula has been established to estimate the early deformation prior to the installation of monitoring system and will serve to the prospectively stabilization design and acted as a major reference to the two-dimensional plane-strain analysis.
