本研究依據計劃行為理論發展研究模型，並導入專案生命週期內影響系統開發成敗因素，探討買方對專案的哪些衝突問題較重視，對專案的哪些衝突問題較不重視，賣方可於專案的開發過程中，對於買方較重視之衝突問題投入較多資源來減緩及解決衝突，而買方較不重視之衝突問題則可以暫時擱置，以集中專案資源，來解決主要衝突之根源。
藉由與買方重要關係人的深度訪談，並將訪談的結果導入衝突問題重要關係人之行為研究矩陣表中交叉分析，以探討出在每一衝突問題中，各重要關係人面臨衝突問題處理方式的行為意圖。
經由導入衝突問題之實證結果對於專案的時程、品質或預算支用都會有不同程度的認知影響，表示各項衝突與專案執行績效有正關聯性；並經分析探討衝突處理方式的行為意圖，歸納出衝突所受的重視程度，有利於專案管理作業的進行。

This study is based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) to develop the research model, and input the success factors of project life cycle. To research what conflicts are paid attention by buyer and what conflicts are not paid attention. According to the results the seller can pool of resources to resolve major conflicts.
This study used interview method and interviews the buyer important relation person. After the results of discuss are input the research matrix and analyzed. While the buyer faces a conflicts to find the behavioral intention of dealing with conflict.
The results of this study are the project schedule, quality or budget disbursement will have different cognitive effects. This means that conflict and project implementation performance has a positive correlation. After exploring the behavioral intention of dealing with conflict, summarize the recognition degree of conflict, will be conducive to carry out of project management jobs.
