  • 本研究採用個案研究法,以台灣創立 10年以上,公司營業額平均在3000萬以上之中小型資訊服務業為個案研究案例,探討個案公司經營模式做全面性的檢視,找出個案公司之經營策略及核心能耐之型態與特性,歸納出中小型資訊服務業經營成功的關鍵經營策略與所具之持續性核心能耐,本研究結果共歸納出個案公司以下結論:

    This research uses the case methodology for case study, which was established above ten years ago in Taiwan, and is the small and medium scale information servive industry with a turnover of 30 million dollars. An integrity inspection is made during the discussion for the case study of an indivisual company's business model. This research also includes the characteristics of the company's management strategy and core ability, and induces the long-lasting core ability of the successful management straregy for small and medium scale information service industry. With regard to the case study of an individual company, this research has come to the following conclusions:
    1. Key uses of management strategy
    Accordind to Porter's analysis of the types of strategy, it is found that diversity strategy has primarily been used by small and medium scale informatiom service industry.
    2. Essential long-lasting core capability:
    This research is analyzed into the following six points:
    (1) Possession of core technology
    (2) Quality and stability of the product
    (3) Importance of customer service
    (4) Establishment of popularity
    (5) High quality employees (skin, knowledge, dedication, attitude)
    (6) Steadiness of financial planning
