  • 在日益競爭的企業經營環境下,企業面對競爭必須要有全新的思維,企業在面臨競爭時往往會利用各種方式取得優勢,『創新』(Innovation)就是一種競爭的武器。本研究運用專家訪談法、個案分析及SWOT分析,分別探討C公司如何應用「五階段創新審核關卡」之審核過中,從多個創新產品中,找到可以使C公司創造最大利潤及市場的產品與C公司在創新管理過程中,所遇到兩地之間的時間、理念、文化與語言等之不同的情況下,C公司如何克服所遭遇的困難。最後,本研究分析結果,可提供C公司管理者於執行創新管理的過程中作分析與參考。


    In order to survive in a competitive business environment, enterprise must be able to think outside of the box. It is essential for enterprise to use all advantages available to them in this competitive environment. “innovation” being one of the key advantages. This study incorporates interviews from professionals, individual case studies, and SWOT studies. The aim of this study is to explore how C Company uses the “five stages innovation panel” to review innovative products, and decide which one would create the most profit and market. Furthermore, this study discusses the obstacles, such as time difference, difference in belief, and culture clash, C Company faces when delving into a foreign market. Lastly, this study provides data and insight for executives working on innovative in C Company.
