  • 本論文首先建立油品濾清器之數學模型並利用無跡卡爾曼濾波器(unscented
    Kalman filter, UKF) 建構估測器進行濾清器雜質累積質量以及油品雜質
    濃度之狀態估測,判斷濾芯更換時機及油品清潔度診斷。濾清器在長時間的使
    用下,內部所累積的雜質會造成濾清器的阻塞,影響油路系統中其他元件之正
    常運作之正常運作。目前油品濾清器多是依據時間和里程來判斷更換時機,本
    論文提出透過量測濾清器進出口端壓差以及循環管路流量來即時估測濾心雜質
    累積量及油品汙染程度等資訊,主動提醒使用者油品狀況及更換濾芯的時機,
    達到預警的作用。實驗結果顯示,以無跡卡爾曼濾波器為基礎之即時估測,可
    以在不同操作操作條件下有效的估算出濾清器雜質累積程度與油品汙染程度。


    In this paper, we first establish the mathematical model of the oil filter and construct the estimator with unscented Kalman filter (UKF) to estimate the impurity accumulation quality and the impurity concentration of the oil filter. These is able to determine the timing of filter replacement and oil cleanliness diagnosis.In the long-term using of the filter, the internal accumulation of impurities will cause the filter block, and affecting the operation of other components of the oil system. At present, most of the oil filter is based on the time and mileage to determine the timing of replacement. This paper proposed by measuring the filter inlet and outlet pressure and flow of circulation pipeline to instantly estimate the
    filter impurity accumulation and oil pollution or other information to take the
    initiative to remind users of oil conditions and the timing of the filter replacement
    to achieve the goal of early warning. The experimental results show that the
    instantaneous estimation based on the unscented Kalman filter (UKF) that can
    effectively estimate the accumulative level of the filter impurity and the level of
    oil pollution under different operating conditions.
