本文首先對目前主要的GSM行動電話技術和曝露特性有關的部份做探討。並說明國內現行手機分別有關特定吸收比率(SAR)曝露標準的制定依據,並以實際量測手機,所可能造成的曝露狀況和如何降低SAR值及探討人體溫度調節功能有關的反應之意涵。


This thesis studies the effect of cellular phone radiation on human bodies. The method to reduce the values of specific absorption rate (SAR) is elaborated experimentally in detail. In particular, the human body temperature variation due to the exposure to electromagnetic radiation is also investigated thoroughly.

本論文共分為五個章節,第一章為緒論,將介紹研究動機及背景,第二章將介紹行動通訊、天線輻射與電磁波傳播原理之回顧,第三章將介紹世界主要國家和地區對特定吸收比率(Specific Absorption Rate)的限值規定和測量方法、手機輻射的熱效應、職業性和一般民眾的曝露極限,第四章是特定吸收比率(Specific Absorption Rate)實測分析比較,第五章為結論。
