現今瞬息萬變的社會環境,除了專業知識和專業技術外,工作態度、職業道德、應對進退、社交禮儀等「軟技能」的素質,在未來職場發展上更是決勝的關鍵。過去傳統的教學方式過於強調以技能和知識為基礎的硬技能訓練,能充分運用這些硬技能的軟技能卻相對較少提及。本研究透過系統思考的方式,利用系統動力學建構就業力模型,模擬學生畢業後之就業競爭力,並在模型模擬與方案測試中,找出較佳的學習模式和策略。模型中使用的軟性變數是連結各線流圖的關鍵,雖因衡量不易而不容易察覺,但卻是在學生畢業後面臨就業的重點。本研究嘗試在就業力模型的建模過程中,找出關鍵變數與其相互關係,從中探討各項核心就業力對整體就業力結構的影響。
模型中主要的就業力內涵可分為:一般技能、專業知能、專業態度、職涯規劃,而與之有連動關係的有自我效能與生活壓力。本研究進行就業力相關的資料蒐集與分析,建立就業力的系統動力學模型,藉由模型進行模擬、測試及分析,最後提出本研究的結論。
本研究主要的研究貢獻為:
1.彙整與就業力相關因素間的因果關係,以系統化思考來觀察整體脈絡。
2.建構大學生就業力模擬之雛型,模擬未來就業力趨勢作為學生調整學習方向與策略之參考。
3.模擬所蒐集的相關資料與模擬結果,可提供給導師或輔導人員,作為學生與輔導人員的中介資訊,協助輔導人員能夠快速掌握學生的狀況。
4.提供學校進行課程改善方案的模擬,經由模擬的成效結果,作為具體可行的參考方向。
In this thesis, we try to understand the dynamic and complicated problems during operating the employability for higher education students by building up a system dynamics model, and figure out the relation among the key variables. Through simulating the model and testing current policies, we can find out a better way to learn and learning strategy. Compared to the traditional learning methods, it emphasis on hard skills training, the soft skills that less frequently to refer. Although these soft variables are difficult to measure and detecting, they are the main connections between the streams. Especially, it is not possible to ignore them while the students face with employment after graduation. The key variables in this model are: general skills, disciplinary knowledge and skills, professional attitudes, career planning,self-efficacy, and life stress.
Our research adopted System Dynamics as the research method. We collected the information about employability of higher education students, and constructed the system dynamics model. According to this model, we operate the simulation, test and
analysis. Finally, we proposed the conclusion.
The author concludes three contributions which are summarized as follows.
(1)Compilation and employability causal relationship between relevant factors, systems thinking to observe the overall context.
(2)Construction of the students for future employment force simulation prototype provides students with learning styles and strategies adjusted basis.
(3)The module provides students information for counselors and teachers.
(4)The simulation provides a specific and feasible reference direction to school to improvement curriculum program.
