環保與回收資源體系建立是現今科技產業的重要工作，是企業發展核心競爭所不能忽視的問題。一般企業的逆物流通常伴隨正向物流且科技產品之生命週期多比一般產業為短。
故面臨這種產業環境，企業必需透過專業分工，聯合包括上游廠商、環保回收專業廠商及第三方物流的跨領域合作，才能締結出更強大的產業競爭優勢。環境保護的關心與投入，對於大多數企業而言，都具有幫助企業形象提升的作用。因應這種物流管理趨勢，企業除了強化自身內部的控管，也會對外部供應商作環保改善要求。
本文探討環保與回收資源體系建立，以消費性電子產業為範圍，科技產業如何透過既有企業流程達成資源減量、產品退修及回收等逆向物流議題。

Environment Protection and resource recycling play an important role in modern technologic industries and become a crucial issue within enterprise core competence development. We can easily find reverse logistic always company with most of normal logistic activities. Besides, technologies products have shorter life cycle than others industrial.
Confronting such an typical industrial environments, companies would better assistant by other professional’s Third Party Logistic’s expertise to combine venders and suppliers to perform cross region corporation in order to re-enforce best competitive strength in his own field. For most of company, they can gain good return on investing in environment concerning and protection. Responding on the trend of logistic management, companies not only need to enhance internal control but also asking all suppliers investing in environment protection issue.
This study cover issues on recycling system based on consumer electronics products including technologic industrials doing reduce repairer and recycling activities.
