  • 供應鏈管理的課題,是近二十餘年來企業提升營運績效的重點,而供應鏈領域中,最佳化的供應商評選對採購效益帶來最直接的影響,然而,企業決策上的多變性及策略思考的不同,建立一個適合的供應商評選模式是非常重要的。
    面板成本佔電視整機採購成本約高達50 ~70%,TFT-LCD面板選擇的成敗,主宰電視整機的研發與量產,本研究以台灣大尺寸(55吋以上)電視製造廠商業者,選擇策略面板供應商的評估模式,主要從品管、採購、設計、製造四個領域著手,以提升新產品開發績效。
    本研究以層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP),經過專家訪談及文獻探討評估出要素後,歸納出大尺寸電視製造商在TFT-LCD面板供應商的評選系統,應考量到的五個構面,分別為技術、品質、交期、價格及營運管理,以及其下一階的12個準則,再針對專家進行訪談與問卷調查、彙整專家意見,歸納出各構面及準則之權重高低,以求取替代方案的優先向量,選擇最適合自己公司的供應商評估策略。


    The topic of supply chain management has been the key point for enterprises to upgrade their business performance for these past twenty years. In this field, the optimal evaluation of best supplier has brought the direct impact on cost. However, doe to the difference of the variety of company decision to strategy thinking, to establish a proper supplier evaluation model is very important.
    The cost of panels takes 50~70% cost of TV sets. The success or failure to choose TFT-LCD panel has dominated the development and mass production of TV sets. This research is to study the evaluation model of selecting a strategy panel supplier based on TV manufacturers of big size (above 55 inches) LCD TV, undertaking in the four fields, Quality Control, Procurement, Design, and Manufacturing, to improve the development performance of new products.
    After assessing the factors through experts interview and documents study, by using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), this research has concluded that an evaluation system of TFT-LCD panel supplier for big size LCD TV manufacturers should consider five criteria: Technology, Quality, Delivery, Price, Operation Management, and its twelve attributes for the next phase. In addition, conducting interviews and surveys to the experts, summarizing their opinions, and generalizing the weight of each criteria and attribute to obtain the priority of substitute plans and choose the supplier evaluation strategy that is most suitable for the company.
