本個案中的主角謝月玲憑藉著多年來對教育的經驗和觀察,發現了傳統體制教育仍有很多的改善空間,基於想要創造一個以孩子為主的教育環境,1999年創立了豐田大郡幼兒園,隔年在幼兒園內導入蒙特梭利教育方法。
2014年實驗教育三法通過,為體制外的教育開了一扇門,讓盼望多元教育的家長跟學生們可以有不一樣的選擇。個案主角在家長和老師的鼓勵支持下,想延續的教育理念與熱情也被燃起。於是就在天時、地利、人和的條件下,於2018年正式創辦FunSpace樂思空間團體實驗教育。
謝月玲園長堅持以孩子為主的理念引領著組織歷經擴張與轉型,透過學生、家長、專家學者和校方一同參與努力達到價值共創的境界。本論文採用哈佛個案研究方法,透過本個案發展歷程實務與理論的呼應,讓讀者了解個案主角具備哪些創業家特質,才能在辦學之路上不畏艱辛發揮正面影響力,且在有限的資源下,展現最大效益讓組織順利運作。
With years of experience and observations on education, principal Xie Yueling, the protagonist in this case, realized that there is still a lot of room for improvement in institutional education. With the desire to create a student-centered educational environment, 豐田大郡Kindergarten was established in 1999, and Montessori education was introduced into the kindergarten the following year.
With passing the Three Experimental Education Regulations in 2014, a door is opened for education outside the system, and those who hope for alternative education can have different choices since then. With the encouragement and support of parents and fellow teachers, the protagonist in this case - principal Xie Yueling's educational philosophy and enthusiasm for continuation were also ignited. In 2018, FunSpace, a group of experimental education, was officially founded under the conditions of the right time, the right place, and the people.
Xie Yueling has adhered to the concept of focusing on children and led the organization through expansion and transformation. Through the participation of students, parents, experts, scholars, the school strives to achieve the realm of value co-creation. This thesis adopts the method of Harvard case study, and through the practical and theory of this case, the reader will learn what entrepreneurial characteristics of the protagonist of the case, in order to exert a positive influence on the road of running a school without fear of hardships, and under the limited resources, maximize the benefits to make the organization run smoothly.
