本論文係以混凝土水泥砂漿材料經不同比例的拌合方式 , 並以不同之養生方式期以達成最佳透氣率與最高強度為目標。混凝土材料應用於營建工程,仍為目前建材結構應用上不可或缺的材料;而國內混凝土應用上,又混有飛灰、爐石與添加劑等,都會影響混凝土之強度;本文以混凝土水泥砂漿在不同的比例與混合發泡劑下,可均勻分散水泥砂漿間的空孔和氣泡;當水泥水化後所留下的空孔和氣泡便在水泥砂漿的硬固體中形成可透氣透水的空缺,成為本實驗所使用的多孔隙混凝土。
而TFT-LCD面板的生產正值產業黃金,國內多家廠商都投入大筆研發與生產經費在這一市場上;而製造過程中玻璃基版的輸送是一個重要的生產線,國內在目前都普遍使用自日本進口的陶瓷透氣系統,但價格昂貴;由於多孔隙混凝土的功能可取代透氣的陶瓷使用,且又有經濟方便的優點,所以本實驗研究的方向就在針對多孔隙混凝土在TFT-LCD面板的輸送機台應用,以提升混凝土的應用水平,讓混凝土在高科技的應用上伸展另一個發揮的舞台空間。
This thesis is an investigating report of the highest ventilation and
Strongest serength on the structure for the concrete mortar mixed in different proportions to actieve. The concrete mortar use broadly in the Construction Industry ,and is the key method during constructing the structures. The concrete mortar used in the industry normally remixed with other elements such as fly-ash、slag 、and additive methods…etc.All these element could affect the strength to the concrete mortar.This thesis studied the concrete mortar under different proportions and mixed the additive methods created the small spaces and air bubbles in between the mortar;when after the concrete mortar been harden ,the small breathing spaces created by6 the air bubbles withen the solid concrete became the multi-apertured(Honeycombed) concrete used in this experiment.
Since the market demand on TFT-LCD panel is growing , many businesses had invested a big amount of fund on developing the production.One of the key elements in the production is the conveyer for the glass boards.At the moment ,most of the businesses use the Fine Ceramic ventilation Conveyer System,but the cost of the system is expensive.The multi-apertured(Honeycombed) concrete has the similar function to the Ventilation fine ceramic plate and also an economical substitute. This research aim to study on the application for the multi-apertured in the TFT-LCD Panel Conveyer,in additional to promote the possibility of apply the Multi-apertured concrete across to other areas such as high technical industries.
