突如其來的Covid-19疫情導致全球大量的傷亡及經濟受創，成為本世紀最嚴重的公衛事件，如今兩年過去疫情並未結束，疑似另一項病毒「猴痘」正橋悄然而生。人類自工業發展開始，大量的能源耗用及建設，導致生態破壞、污染、氣候劇變，嚴重影響人類的居住品質和健康，環境條件必然影響人類健康，公共衛生亦是影響全民健康之重要因素，但除了疾病，大量人口的城市活動衍生相當複雜的社會公安問題，心理健康將成為新時代必要的考量，環境及空間管理為相當重要的其中環節，在眾多條件之下，新時代的建築方法是接下來值得討論的議題，但因應多項急迫的問題，未必輕易能取得其中平衡，須透過深入的探究，並因應環境變化與人文風貌的變遷，提出適應解決方針，並由經驗重新調整，才得以安排適當，如今建築師已擁有不同使命，已從基礎居住轉為建立友善環境的思維，並且在能夠解決現代問題的前提下，進行策略與設計，跨領域的合作將使之提升更為完善的可能性。

本研究以現代城市與健康關係為議題，由身外之物至內心靈，探討環境與社會人文之間相互影響的關聯，並透過理性與感性，針對公共建築、永續建築、環境景觀、城市色彩進行分析及文獻探討，藉由視覺傳達設計與建築設計等跨領域合作，將其多條向線整合，為現代問題提出相對應之解決策略與設計驗證。

Mass casualties and economic damage worldwide caused by Covid-19 came unexpectedly, it became a serious public health issue of this century, and the disease is still spreading since two years ago, there an emerging disease called “monkeypox” is increasing rapidly. Since the industry began developing, the quality of consumers’ health and living were affected, not only that, ecological destruction, pollution, and climate change also increased abruptly because of this. Environmental conditions will inevitably affect human health and will be the main cause of public health issues. Aside from diseases, the urban activities in a large population provokes a quite complex public security issue, hence why mental health became a relevant issue of this new generation. To sum it up, this is why environmental and space management plays an important role in urbanization.
On several conditions, the upcoming topic that shows methods is worth to be discussed, but due to a number of urgent issues, it may be difficult to balance. Proposed adaptive solutions will be needing an upscale research regarding environmental and cultural changes. With that being said, adapting through experiences will be a great aid for proper management. Nowadays, architects have different missions. From basic living and now to environmental friendly plans, pre designed to resolve problems using dynamic resources from different sectors that shows potential improvement.
This study focuses on modernization of cities and it's health, from external to psychological factors. Exploring the relativity and connection between the environment and cultures, through rationality and sensibility by gathering a massive research that discusses public building plans, sustainable development, landscapes, and colors of cities. This will include visual communication design and architectural design, etc. Integrating all these multiple resources, it can help create proposals for corresponding solution strategies and design verifications for modern problems.
