  • 20 年來科技網路的發達,電子商務市場成長改變了人們的消費習慣。而Amazon 是電子商務市場的龍頭,具備完善的商品以及雲端服務供應鏈。故,本研究將以 Amazon 為核心,探討其演進歷程、服務項目、商業模式、雲端服務等新興技術與未來發展趨勢。探究目標包含:Amazon 之經營理念與服務創新模式、
    結合智聯網創新商業模式之新商機、「飛輪」測落概念與永續經營之效益與未來發展等。Amazon 以網路書店起家漸走向多元化發展,目前以提供電子商務、雲端服計算服務、消費型電子商品等服務為主,是世界前十大企業。Amazon 之 AWS 是一運算資源服務,是全世界最全面且最廣泛使用之雲端平台,提供多種功能並且提供購買者一條龍式的系統服服務。此外,Amazon 的電子商務平台也十分成功,在 2017 年收購 Whole Foods 與打造無人超市 Amazon Go,為整合線上線下服務展現極高的積極性。在物流系統上,Amazon 打造了十分巨大的物流系統建立規模經濟優勢,透過開放式的租賃倉服務給第三方業者,讓業者享受低價、快速且穩定的物流服務。Amazon 不斷的進行創新來給予消費者有良好的顧客體驗,追求組織革新,除了在歐美外,更積極的拓展亞洲市場,在疫情來臨時,強大的雲端系統帶動了許多產業發展,在後疫情時代,更瞄準了雲端八大應用趨勢,結合不同領域中展現 Amazon 的強大實力。


    Due to the development of e-commerce, customers changed their behavior from
    purchase stuff offline to shopping online. Amazon, the role model of e-commerce, with
    a complete supply chain and excellent cloud services, leads e-commerce market growth.
    This research deeply discusses the evolution, service projects, business models, cloud services, technologies, and future development trends of Amazon. Furthermore, this research analyzes the vision of Amazon, innovative AIoT business model, the concept of 'flywheel', the benefits of future development, etc. Amazon was founded as an online bookstore, change its business model again and again to diversified development afterward. Currently, Amazon mainly provides services such as online shopping services, cloud services. And because of its success, Amazon becomes the top ten company in the world. Within Amazon's services, AWS (Amazon Web Service) is the
    most comprehensive service, which is widely used in the world. AWS provides multiple
    functions with a one-stop service for clients, so AWS service successfully attracts many loyal clients. Besides, Amazon.com is also quite successful. In 2017, it acquired Whole Foods and integrated its techniques to build Amazon Go, which is the self-service store for Prime users to purchase their groceries without complicated processes. In logistics, Amazon has created a system that provides leasing warehouse services for third parties to produce economies of scale. This system benefits third parties with low-cost, fast, and stable logistics services. Through non-stop innovation, Amazon continues providing better customer experiences, also allowing company growth.
    In addition to Europe and the United States, Amazon currently more actively expanding the Asian market, it results in during the time of the COVID19 epidemic spread to the world, AWS could still lead many industries to develop. Amazon also focuses on growing the eight application of cloud services, try to connect diverse industries to show the strengths of Amazon in the future.
